Our well maintained Clearbrook townhome is available for rent year-round. This beautiful 3 bedroom + loft multi-level townhome is your home away from home. Located across the street from Loon Mountain Resort on the Kancamagus Highway w/ great mountain views. The master bdrm has a king bed, great views & private full bath. 2nd bdrm w/ queen bed, 3rd bdrm w/ queen & 3 twins, loft area w/ twin. The main living area features an open floor plan w/ a cathedral ceiling family room, large windows, a wood burning fireplace, a large comfortable sectional sofa, cable TV, VCR, DVD & CD player, children's videos & games. The fully-stocked kitchen includes plenty of silverware & place settings as well as conveniences of home such as a dishwasher, disposal, toaster oven, microwave, coffee maker, blender & plenty of wine & cocktail glasses. A Real Home Away from Home

Absolutely one of the best condos we have ever rented. Also it was one of the best outfitted condos we've been in. We've rented from Scotland to Maui and this condo had everything a person could want. The view is just spectacular and hours were spent blowing bubbles off the deck to our granddaughter's delight. There was enough room for 9 people comfortably. We did use the pool on 3 different occasions. We drove to it rather than attempt to find the trail but it worked out fine. We just used the showers and dressing rooms provided by the "The Village at Loon". The location is terrific. There's a small grocery store about a mile away, plus a movie theater and lots of restaurants. No. Conway was just a 50 minute drive away and we did visit the outlet stores. We also went to Storyland & Santa's Village. Both were about an hours drive so that made for an easy day trip. Lost River, the Basin, and Clarks Trading post are within 10 minutes of this condo. My husband took the two older kids on three short hikes. Once again the hikes were within a 15 minute ride of this condo. If this condo has a drawback it would be the stairs. It's 35 stairs to the foyer of the condo and then another 5 or 6 to the main living floor. The bathrooms are with the bedrooms so you either walk up or down to use the facilities. I did need to mention this since a person with walking problems should be forewarned. If you don't mind the stairs this condo is a fabulous find in my book.

Great condo at Loon Mountain

This property was the perfect family getaway! Plenty of space for the whole family to spread out, kitchen had all of the essentials plus some, washer and dryer a big plus but the icing on the cake was the fabulous views. Condo/townhouse was directly across from Loon Mountain with great views (unobstructed) from all the windows and deck.
The owners were great to deal with. The place was immaculate and the amenities at he Village club house were terrific. We can't wait to go back, which we will many times. Jim & Dot
