With approximately 100 private acres of property you can hike, camp and hunt to your hearts delight. It's steep terrain, so be prepared.
Activities:
Nice trout stream adjacent to our property at the bottom of the hill, just a short walk. Boating and other water activities just 5 minutes away at Lake St. Catherine. Just a short drive for some of Vermont's best skiing at Killington, Okemo or even Stratton. Manchester with its' great dining and outlet shopping center is about 25 minutes to the south. Rutland is an equal distance to the north.
Golf:
A very nice course is locate at Lake St. Katherine just a few minutes away. Nestled in the mountains this course provides a very Serene challenging setting for a great round of golf. Novice to pro, you're sure to like the course and it's rarely crowded.
