Enjoy spectacular 270 degree views from the balcony of this newly renovated, oceanfront condo! This spacious 17th floor condo has 3 bedrooms, a well-equipped kitchen, and all the amenities that families or couples need for a relaxing beach vacation. Many of the furnishings and appliances are brand-new and the condo contains many little extras such as a portable crib and stroller, an iron and ironing board, a blender, coolers for the beach, boogie boards, beach chairs and beach toys for kids. A washer/dryer is also available in the condo for guest use. The bedrooms have new beds and all linens, pillows, comforters and towels are provided. The condo is located inside the gated complex of Playa Azul which provides swimming pools, tennis, basketball, playgrounds and a clubhouse. The beautiful Playa Azul crescent beach is just steps from the complex and a short walk West takes you to the famous Luquillo public beach which has kayak rental, food, bathrooms and lifeguards.

My family ( 4 girls 12-5) and I had a great time. Condo had nearly everything u need or can think of for the right price. Great town for home base, with every adventure nearby.

The condo was great! The views were great. We had a good time although it rained most of the weekend! The pool was great. The beach was good. (and the ping pong was good too since we did that a lot! Haha). Thanks for all the equipment you left for us including the cooler. We left a beachball to your collection for your next tenant.. That was very thoughtful of you to leave all the beach stuff and tennis stuff. It was a great experience. Thanks again and we will definately recommend your condo to all our friends.

spacious unit / comfortable / convenient location

This is a spacious 3 bedroom unit. It accommodates 2 couples plus many kids. The condo include everything makes a relaxed vacation comfortable. The view is great. My two youth kids enjoy everything in Puerto Rico. The location is convenient (we visited Old San Juan, Yunque, Culebra, not to mention the beach/swimming pool/playground right there downstairs). A rental car is needed anyway if one plan to explore around (rather than sitting on one beach).

The staff is helpful. We arrived on Sunday evening without any problem. We also locked ourselves outside once (because we dropped our keys in the swimming pool without knowing it – which we reclaimed later). The security guard and the realtor helped us to get in.

There is a washer and dryer in the kitchen. it is kind of small yet it gets the job done, much better than none.

Overall, I would recommend it to others, especially to families!

We (my wife and I and two other couples) spent four days in this condo and we found everything to be just wonderful. Condo was very clean, spacious and fully equipped. It really had everything we needed: comfortable bedrooms, great kitchen with every piece of dishware and equipment for cooking in it, lots of sporting gear - basketballs, tennis rackets, swimming boards etc, cable tv and internet. We felt like we were in someones home while they are away for few days!
I especially liked the balcony it was great place for drinking mornig coffe and view was great.
Location of building is good, beach is only 200 meters from the building, grocery store and gas station are few minutes away. Place is also not far from San Juan and is very easy to find.
Many thanks to owners who made all rental arrangements so easy for us right from beginning when I wrote first e-mail to them from my home in Northern Europe.
We really enjoyed our vacation and I definitely recommend this condo for people who are looking for great accomodation in beautiful Puerto Rico.

My family and I (5) stayed her for 9 days and we had a fantastic stay. The views from the balcony were beautiful! In warm climates one would expect to see bugs, however, we did not see one bug. The beds were very comfortable. The guards were very nice and helpful. A car is highly recommended. The condo is conveniently located for necessities. Beaches: The one outside the hotel had more waves; Luquillo beach is very calm and beautiful ($3 car entrance fee); Culebra Island was very beautiful. Board the ferry at Fajardo - get there an hour early and get round trip tickets. The lines for ferry may be long - but they leave on time. We had a problem with bees, but it was still beautiful. We had a great time in San Juan; Plaza Las Americas was awesome (both approx 50 minues away). The rain forest is minutes away (lots of walking) but worth it at the end - but then you have to walk back. The moon was too bright for us to go to Bio Bay. Eats: El Jibarito's in San Juan was very good (great pina coladas); Lolitta's was not worth the hype nor the parking; we liked Pollo Tropical; Brass Cactus (like a better Applebees) was a little pricey, but very good; La Parilla - a little pricey - but WOW - was worth every penny!! Overall, we had a relaxing and wonderful vacation - Hi neighbor (T)!
