Great location; from here you can walk to restaurants and typical food kiosks around the area. We are conveniently located just thirty minutes from Luis Munoz Marin International Airport in Isla Verde (SJU). This vacation rental is in a gated, private and secured location. This second floor, walk-up unit has a balcony, rooftop terrace and private parking spot. It’s located right across the street from the beach. Dorado is on the north side of the island facing the Atlantic Ocean. We offer executive-style service to all our guest. This rental was designed, decorated and furnished for your comfort. Dorado is known for its beautiful beaches, calm waters, with no high tides as in Condado and Isla Verde.

Area attractions are: Ojo del Buey or otherwise known as The Ox's Eye, is a wonderful family recreation spot. Dorado Del Mar Golf Club was designed by Chi Chi Rodríguez back in 1998. La Casa del Rey Museum is a sobering celebration of Puerto Rico's culture and history. Arecibo Observatory boasts a 1000 foot dish that scans the cosmos in search of the undiscovered. Area: Villas de Costa Mar's vacation rental is located in a newly constructed ten apartment complex right across the street from the beach. The rentals are second floor walk ups in a gated secure location with a balcony, rooftop terrace, private parking with all the amenities of home. The Dorado del Mar Beach & Golf Resort, Embassy Suites is just a short distance from these second floor walk-ups. The Hyatt Dorado Beach Resort & Country Club is also minutes away. Sleeping Arrangements: Master bedroom has a queen size bed. Guest bedroom has two twin beds. There is also a queen size sleeper sofa in living room.

Thank You Al and Nelida, as well as Myrna who went out of her way to make sure we arrived and settled in comfortably. Renting a home is so much better than staying in hotels and is much more economical. The apartment was clean and comfortable, except for the patio loveseat. Light outlet on roof needs repaired and a shelf and hook would be nice in the master bathroom. These are trivial things and would not deter me from renting there again.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Villas de Costa Mar very much. The apartment was immaculate and very well furnished. The beds were comfortable and the view was amazing. The apartment is located right across from a very nice beach that is perfect for walking, jogging and taking your family for a picinic. There are wonderful restaurants within walking distance as well. I highly recommend this unit to anyone that is looking for the perfect vacation getaway and cannot wait to go back next year!!

It was our first trip to Puerto Rico for the World's Best 10k. Villas De Costa Mar provided an at home environment, giving us the option of cooking in, or dining out. The beach and nearby Gulf Course provided an excellent trail for my daily runs. The manager was friendly and extremely helpful with driving instructions. Rooms were comfortable and clean. This quiet gated property provided a sense of security and privacy.Balcony overlooked beach with plenty of food and shopping options nearby. Thank You Al and Nelida

We completed our 2nd stay at Villas de Costa Mar over the Christmas holiday and were very pleased. Located in a pleasant residential community, it's very cozy and makes us feel right at home.
The property is literally across the street from the beach, a major selling point for us. There are several restaurants within a few blocks, as well as a snack shop with full bar on the beach. We shopped at the local grocery store and made our own meals in the fully-equipped kitchen. The owners are accomodating and keep the unit well-maintained.
We would stay at this property again and again.

We had a very pleasant stay in Dorado; thanks in part to the comfortable accommodations at Villas de Costa Mar. The Unit
was a welcomed change from the confined space of a standard and all too often, overpriced hotel room. Your patio was our favorite spot for our morning coffee & the rooftop terrace was the perfect place to take in those spectacular sunsets. Ah...& then there is Dorado Beach, paces away...and it neighbor, Cerro Gordo minutes by car both beautiful beaches. We enjoyed the restaurants, the live music on the weekend & the late night quiet...when the only sound was that of the surf. It doesn't get much better than this.
I do think that the Master Bedroom could use a small dresser; both of us were partially living out of our suitcases. Another towel rack or hook in the bathroom would be a practical plus.
Our experience on this trip has convinced us that renting is the way to go; and we have you to thank for that.
