The house was very nice and provided a relax atmosphere that a hotel could not. It allowed our party to relax after the conference each night by the pool where we ate dinner, without the hassel of a resturant and travel time and had drinks withiut the worry of a designated driver. We were able to wind down and relax and get ready for the next day. I would recommend this over any hotel stay.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children

Wonderful 6 bedroom home in nice, quiet neighborhood. Close to Disney and all main attractions. Transaction went smoothly with owner. Few minor repairs could be made to improve property (ie. torn screens around pool area, icemaker in fridge not working properly), but these were minor and did not take away from our enjoyment of the property. We would rent again. Adjacent to Champions' Gate Golf Course, and grocery store, gas station, Walgreens and Macdonalds for convenience. Easy access off I-4 at Exit 58.
