This immaculate well maintained 1510 sq ft home is conveniently located just a short walk to the Sunriver Village Mall, the center for many resort activities including ice skating. The home is located in a quiet area with private deck and new hot tub among the pines with lots of common area around it. You will enjoy the beautiful wood stove that is a center point in the living room along with a large video library. Our home comes with a well stocked kitchen with everything you would have in your own home including spices etc. Many of our guests have been quite pleased to know they can walk into any of our homes and are equipped to prepare a thanksgiving dinner. We have 4 adult cruiser bikes with 2 trailers. Our outdoor area is very lovely with a gas grill and outdoor furniture. It is set on pavers with a view of the pines and woods. House comes with its own laundry room with washer and dryer.

Sunriver Resort is located on the East Slopes of the Cascade Range. Just 20 minutes from the world class Mt Bachelor Ski Area which is along the Cascade Lakes Recreational area. The resort is well known for its 3 18-hole golf courses, extensive bike paths, tennis courts, as well and swimming pools, shopping and numerous restaurants. Nearby is the High Desert Museum.
