Guestbook comments from the owner
Well here we are at the end of our 4 wonderful weeks staying in your condo! This is our 5th year and still all 7 of us were able to come! WE had the wildest weather yet - just loved it though. I love to string Xmas lights on the Lanai! Will take them down and put them back in the drawer for next year! We met very neat people this year, enjoyed our favorite restaurants and saw 2 plays Annie @ the IAO theater and the Nutcracker in Kahului! WE also got to see the Hawaiian Music and Hula Festival @ the Bailey House in Wailuku. THe kids convinced me to drive to Haleakala - that was a nightmare in my opinion. Interesting place, but too scary of a road and very cold and windy up there. Never do that again!
It was actually cool enough to wear a sweater many evenings and we made cookies a couple times. Also made turkey and stuffing in my bathing suit! Can't do that in Truckee. Leaving on the 7th to a predicted "Big Storm". We are praying for a clear weather window.
We own a construction company in the Lake Tahoe area, which allows us to come over twice a year and keep the unit upgraded and refreshed. Living and working in another resort environment, we understand the importance of keeping our unit well maintained. We also are distributors for Coreban Standup Paddleboards, which we really enjoy doing while here on Maui.
After we lived on Maui for 3 years, we decided on Kamaole Sands because of the concrete construction and the excellent upkeep of the grounds, plus the proximity to local shopping and the beaches.
Paddle boarding, cycling, walking, and just relaxing!
