Rental Rates for this vacation house rental in Lake Eden, Vermont
Payment is usually accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner / advertiser.

Non-holiday weekend rates: $250/night, minimum 2 nights. Extra night $150.

Columbus Day weekend: $1200
Dec. 20-27, 2008: $2500

President's weekend: 2/13-2/16: $1500 or $2000 for the week -
A 50% (non-refundable) deposit is required to confirm your reservation.
Balance due and $200 security deposit are due 2 weeks prior to arrival. Please put security deposit on a separate check. Once final checks are received we will mail out the key!
Check in after 5pm. Check out 11am. Late checkout may be available during weekend rentals.
9% Vermont lodging tax is additional..
Pets are considered. We expect owners to clean up after them inside and outside. We also request no pets on furniture and beds. $100/pet/weekend and $150/pet/week. Thank you.
