Perfect for families, this roomy, three story home (basement and two floors of above ground living) located north of 6A has been recently renovated inside and out and is situated on a quiet residential street abutting conservation land. It's less than half a mile to beautiful Linnell Landing Beach on Cape Cod Bay! Nearby is Nickerson State Park with its numerous fresh water swimming ponds, nature trails and hiking paths. The paved Cape Cod Bike Trail is also very close and offers serene rides through the woods, meadows, bogs, and along fresh and salt water. The property is convenient to downtown Brewster and Orleans shops and restaurants. Sunday to Sunday rentals are available in June in September to accommodate wedding rentals.
