We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. We were two families with 4 children ranging in age from 5-12. The house is located at the very front of the resort property which made for a short, easy walk across the street to the beach; convenient with the kids and all the related stuff. The main road is on the south side of the house but traffic was always light so noise was no problem. We all loved the pool; huge and never crowded during our stay. Rosemary Beach is within walking distance and a grocery store and restaurants are easy 5-10 minute drives.
The layout of the house worked well for us. Younger kids took the bunk room and teenager had her own daybed area on the first floor. Master bedroom was also on this floor, nice with large bath. Second floor was main living area with huge dining table and a great, well-stocked kitchen with plenty of seating at the bar as well. Bedroom on this floor was very comfortable. Third floor was a nice place to get away and relax with a decent view from the patio. My only complaint really is that the grill was tiny, we didn't even try using it for our size group.
We love this area of the Gulf, smack in-between Seaside and Panama City Beach. Absolutely visit both of these other towns for the fun, but stay in Seacrest and you don't have to deal with the crowds. We also loved the nature trails at Grayson State Park, take a picnic lunch. All in all, I would highly recommend this property and may well visit again myself!
