Located at the end of the Island, facing the Atlantic Ocean, across the street from Bailey's Beach and the Cliff walk, surrounded by historic mansions of the gilded age, the Sunset Haven penthouse is in an ideal location to relax and enjoy the elegance and beauty that is Newport.

The Sunset Haven Penthouse is a split level condominium occupying the third and forth level of Aviewpoint accommodations. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, double jacuzzi with ocean views. All the bedrooms have ocean views as well as the living room and dining areas. There is a deck off the kitchen with views of Bailey's Beach, Almy Pond, the mansions and the Atlantic ocean.

Excellent area for walking, jogging, cycling, skating, swimming, snorkeling, fishing and general relaxing on the beach.
