House, 3 Bedrooms, 3 Baths, (Sleeps 6)

This property is located in a premier gated community with easy access to Golf, Walking Trails, Parks, Malls and Florida's top beaches. Recently the new "Legacy Trail" was completed in our area. It is a paved bike, jogging, roller blading trail that has rest areas and runs from Palmer Ranch to Venice. Siesta Key beaches are 10 minutes and Stoneybrook Golf and Country Club is five blocks down the street. Major shopping mall is two miles. The kitchen has all new appliances with new granite counter tops in kitchen and all baths. Located on a lake, the 2600 square feet of open-plan living space provides for spacious rooms. POOL has lanai situated on lake with wild life present. (American Eagles, Turtles. Alligators and Birds of all types.)

Our home has a great location with all activities close by. We include everything you need for your stay, i.e. beach towels, kids beach toys and beach chairs. The home is completely equipped, and entirely updated with latest fixtures and furnishings.

The house was perfect for the 2 of us. It was very clean and comfortable and fully equipped. Excellent location within Palmer Ranch. Very close to 41 and many restaurants,shopping and beaches. Recommend highly.

I spent 3 weeks this summer in this beautiful home.with my family
...The pool was very nice , the kids loved it . We enjoyed the view and took our breakfast every morning watching wild life on the lake.Too bad we had to leave.
.The location was great , only few minutes from shopping and beaches.We would like to recommend this property to friends .Thanks for this amazing vacation .....
