Desirably located within steps of the pool and tennis courts. Gulf beach access is available through a convenient community shuttle that delivers you to Bonita Bay's private beach, complete with chairs, lounges, and umbrellas. Picnicking on the beach is made easy with gazebos, picnic tables and grills. Bonita Bay, a beautifully planned and landscaped community, offers nature parks, biking, walking, jogging trails, and canoeing. There are numerous golf courses within minutes of the community. Shopping, dining, and activities to suit everyone's style, palate, and preferences provide for a fun-filled and satisfying Florida vacation.

The Unit: This unit is bright, beautiful and well appointed. Redecorating and new furnishings were completed in October, 2005. The large lanai (250 square feet) is accessible from the living area as well as each bedroom suite. The view of the sunset over the golf course is magnificent. The pool and tennis courts are steps from the unit. RENTED FOR THE SEASON FROM NOV 1, 2007 through JUNE 30, 2008. Please feel free to inquire for next season !!

The Community: Bonita Bay is a beautiful community with parks, a marina, extensive and classic landscaping with unerring attention to detail. There are miles of walkways throughout the community. Parks have exercise stations. The pools are luxurious. The shuttle to the private community gulf beach is carefree. The beach is equipped with lounges, umbrellas, chairs, gazebos and picnic areas with grills. The community park offers complimentary canoes for your enjoyment on The Imperial river and Spring creek.

The Area: The Promenade shopping center is within walking distance from the community gate. Starbucks, restaurants and shopping are available. Naples, with all of it's amenities, is a short (15 minutes) drive from the community. There are numerous golf courses within minutes of the community.
