Within a few minute drive of various trailheads into the Catalina Mountains. A fifteen minute drive into the University of Arizona area, about 20 minute drive to downtown. 5 minutes to new upscale shopping mall with excellent shops upscale groceries and restaurants (La Encantada Village) and 15 minutes to either Tucson Mall or Foothills Mall, with movie theater complexes.

Golf: Short drive to two golf courses, many others in area.

Other Activities: Tucson Gem and Mineral Show, Desert Museum, White Sox and Rockies' spring training

Great Central Foothills Place!

We very much enjoyed our April '09 stay in this condo. There are area rugs and a very comfortable leather couch as well as light-blocking blinds. Our son has asthma & allergies to dust so having beautiful Pergo & tile vs. ww carpeting was excellent for us. Heating/AC worked well as did the ceiling fans (condo has nice high ceilings and is well-lit). The plce is in great condition with everything we needed including plenty of extra towels, blankets & pillows. The complex is quiet, has beautiful grounds and a great pool/hot tub. The location is excellent - very close to Sabino & Pima Canyons, Mt. Lemmon, Downtown/University, etc and is very easy to get in/out of. Don & Loti were great owners, very easy to work with. We'll be back! Steve, Regina & Ryan

Beautiful place in Tucson

We stayed 1 week in march 09, at the condo. It was a excellent experience. The condo is perfectly maintained with enough space to live comfortable up to four people. The heated pool we enjoyed very much. The garden around the pool and the condo's are in top shape. the owners live nearby and are very helpfull if there is a problem. We loved Tucson a clean and beautiful city which has a lot of diversity to offer.

We stayed in this condo for the months of Jan., Feb. and March of 2008. We found it to be very convenient to good restaurants, shopping, theatres, and hiking. Sabino Canyon is only a five minute drive away. The condo itself is very well equiped with all you would need for either a short or long stay. The master bed was very comfortable. The condo stayed very cool--even in hot weather--so we rarely used the air conditioner. The owners were very easy to work with as we requested a stationery bicycle and they readily complied. We found the other residents of the complex to be very friendly--both the permanent residents and the snow birds.
