We head up to Wells Maine every summer for a week (2 young kids and 2 adults). We chose this cottage due to location, cleanliness and ability to accommodate our family needs. We were pleased with the layout of the cottage and did we mention how clean it was? The owner was easy to work with and the property management group really wanted to make sure we were happy and being accommodated. Thumbs up, we have hopes to go back next year.

Thank you for a perfect, relaxing vacation. The cottage was well-appointed with all the necessary (and extra) amenities. The layout of the cottage was very nice for privacy amongst family members as the bedrooms are at opposite sides. The pools, gym, activities and grounds of Summer Village are exactly what we needed for an unforgettable get-away. The owners were responsive and very helpful with providing recommendations for restaurants and things to do in the area.

More than expected

Everything was excellent and we spent a great week in the cottage. With three young kids, its real great to have a washer-dryer, AC, etc. The beds are confortable and most of the furniture seems like brand new. The cottage was clean at our arrival..

The Summer Village is a great place for kids, with heated pools and playgrounds.

And if you have young kids, a good place to go is the York's Wild Kingdom Zoo and Amusement Park at about 20 minutes from the cottage.

We will surely come again in the years to come!

Beautiful cottage, and wonderful resort

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the cottagte and at Summer Village. The cottage was beautifully decorated, and the accomodations at the resort where first rate. The pools, on-site trolley and game room were a big hit with our children.
