This cottage is located in the quaint private resort cottage community - Cottages at Summer Village, with three in-ground pools, hot tub, tennis courts, playground and a community center with arcade and fitness center. The set up is perfect for a family vacation, or a trip to the beach with grandparents. The cottage is a short trolley ride into downtown Ogunquit and Wells, or a short distance to the Footbridge Beach or Ogunquit and Wells Beaches. The cottage amenities: granite kitchen counter tops, all new appliances, microwave, three season porch, two bedrooms, sofa sleeper, air conditioning, and cable TV, with DVD. The cottage is in the heart of countless excellent restaurants, shopping, mini golf and more. Sip coffee in the summer breeze on the 3 season porch, walk the Marginal Way, visit Perkins Cove and cruise aboard an authentic lobster boat.
