We honeymooned at this cabin the week of July 17th, 2010. The cabin was extremely well equipped with all of the comforts of home. The décor is welcoming and fitting for a home in the Adirondacks. It is very spacious and has a huge great room and game room downstairs, complete with a pool table, dart board, and bar! It was clean and the cabin and grounds well maintained. We made much use of the beautiful wrap around deck and waterfront fire pit. The supplied canoe and row boat were great fun to use paddling around the inlet/outlet and bays. We had many of our out of town guests from the wedding join us (children and adults), we had ample room to host BBQ’s and overnight guests. We made use of the community beach and appreciated the short walk down the road and supplied Adirondack chairs. It was nice to meet some of the other residents who gave us and our company some great recommendations of places to go and things to do in town. The town of Schroon Lake is just up the road and has everything one would need. This was a great home for entertaining large and small groups of all ages, would definitely return.
