The main house has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, and the guest house has 2 bedrooms with 2 full bathrooms upstairs and a half bath on the first floor. Each house has a full kitchen, dining area, and living room. Only 500 feet to Destin's flawless white sands and emerald green water. Perfect for a family beach vacation or a couples' get together, the home offers something for everyone.     A fee of 25% of the total rent will be charged in case of cancellation. Deposit will be forfeited if not canceled (in writing), prior to 30 days before check-in
