This charming contemporary cape is on an acre of land and is set back from the street. With it's lovely porches and gardens it provides a quiet, private setting to relax and unwind.

The house was expanded in 2003 adding a first floor master bedroom and bath at one end and the lovely new cathedral ceiling living room with a fireplace at the other end. The living room has a porch on the front and a 16 foot sliding door out to the deck and patio in the back. There is also a new screened porch on the back of the house. A new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops was completed in 2006. There is central air-conditioning on the first floor and two window air-conditioners in the two bedrooms on the second floor.

There are four bedrooms and three full baths and an outdoor shower.

It's a great, centrally located place to relax and enjoy the beaches, dining, shopping and beauty of Martha's Vineyard.

Contemporary Cape expanded in 2003: Enjoy the morning sun as you eat breakfast on the front porch. Or if you want a cooler, shaded place enjoy the cool breezes on the screened porch in the back as you look out on the bluestone patio, garden and wooded area. From the living room look out the back through 16 feet of sliding doors. Plenty of places to relax and unwind.

The second and third bedrooms are on the second floor. Each has a queen bed. They share the third full bathroom. There is a queen size sleep sofa in the living room.
