This charming contemporary cape is on an acre of land and is set back from the street. With it's lovely porches and gardens it provides a quiet, private setting to relax and unwind.

The house was expanded in 2003 adding a first floor master bedroom and bath at one end and the lovely new cathedral ceiling living room with a fireplace at the other end. The living room has a porch on the front and a 16 foot sliding door out to the deck and patio in the back. There is also a new screened porch on the back of the house. A new kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite counter tops was completed in 2006. There is central air-conditioning on the first floor and two window air-conditioners in the two bedrooms on the second floor.

There are four bedrooms and three full baths and an outdoor shower.

It's a great, centrally located place to relax and enjoy the beaches, dining, shopping and beauty of Martha's Vineyard.

  • Sheets and bath towels are provided. Beds are made up for your arrival. The master bedroom, with a king bed, and master bath, with a jacuzzi, are on the first floor. The second bedroom (also on the first floor) is separated from the master bedroom by pocketing doors. It has a daybed with a trundle bed underneath that is easy to pull out and raise to regular bed height. There is a bath across the hall from this bedroom. The second and third bedrooms are on the second floor. Each has a queen bed. They share the third full bathroom. There is a queen size sleep sofa in the living room.
