LOCATION..LOCATION !! BEACH, DOWNTOWN Circuit ave & HARBOR FRONT. all a short stroll away ! Our Circa 1850 Home was completely renovated 4 years ago. However, it still maintains charm and character. There are water views of Vineyard Sound & Oak Bluffs Harbor. We have 6 Bedrooms and 4 Bathrooms, plus 1 outdoor shower. There is a large cozy sitting Porch w/water views out front & a Quiet Patio area in the back yard w/waterviews. The Kitchen flows into the Living room w/ plenty of space for extended family or friends. The bedrooms are all sizable. There are two bedrooms with king size beds, 2 bedrooms with two twins in each, and a first floor bedroom with a queen bed and very own bath. There is a turret/tower room with a TV, table and chair and daybed which can be an extra bedroom. Two families could easily stay here due to the roominess of our house. Our neighborhood is in the quiet sought after Easr Chop area!

The kitchen comes fully equipped with all STAINLESS STEEL appliances . We have the convenience of a first floor LAUNDRY ROOM W/ Washer & Dryer ! If there is an individual person or a couple in your party that needs one level living, The 1st floor level is ideal for that because There is a bedroom with a queen size bed and a private half bath. On the front porch.... Just relax on the & watch the ferries go by!

This neighborhood setting is peaceful & quiet. The cottage has the real Vineyard charm and is spaciously laid out to entertain the whole family. Included is (2) Master Bedrooms (1) Queen Bedroom w /private 1/2 bath (2) Twin bedrooms with (2) Twins in ea. Also a unique tower room with a daybed (2) full baths & (2) 1/2 baths. Plus (1) outdoor shower. The stainless steel Kitchen opens up into a large living room with a fireplace. There is a separate laundry room. There is a side courtyard patio for cookouts. The front porch is great for a little R&R as you can watch the ferry & boats go by. Thanks for viewing !

A REAL ... VINYARD CHARM !

This Summer home was everything we could ask for.
It was very well cared for and clean. The bedrooms are spacious and the mattressess are very comfortable.
The kitch is large as well as the living room which was great for entertaining. We also loved hanging out on the front breezy porch w/ distant ocean view. Yes, we will rent this home again. I would also highly recommend this area. A great location!.

East Chop Relaxation!

I spent the Labor Day week 2008 at this wonderful home. House was clean and maintained. This house is very comfortable for a family. The location is excellent. Walking distance from Circuit Avenue and Jetty Beach. Neighbors were friendly. Off street parking for at least 3 cars. Nice yard for children to run and play. Wonderful porch for evening margaritas! Close to the Oak Bluffs Ferry dock. I would recommend this house to my family.
