    Cleaning fees are not ordinarily charged however if the property is left a mess and it takes us more than an hour to clean, you will be charged $100/hour.

If your requested stay is less than a week away, a signed contract will be required that day in order to hold the reservation. Payment in full is required prior to your stay. No exceptions.

Get comfy on our black leather sleeper sofa (queen)and a black leather love seat situated on a brick floor with area rugs. There is a wood stove to keep you warm and give the room a romantic feel. Your furry children are our furry guests! You need to watch them just like you would a small child. There are many things to sniff and they love it! Please No Smoking in the house however smoking is allowed on the deck.

Massage is holistic approach to working out toxins and relieving muscle stiffness. When our bodies are not functioning correctly, we do not perform optimally. You came to the Cottage to relax and unwind...so let's do it right! 60 Minute Deep Tissue or Swedish massage - $90 (includes $25 travel fee) Additional massages - $50 each (savings of $40!) Appointments are encouraged as they may not be available last minute. Make your appointment request with your reservation!

Theatre: If you enjoy professional theatre, then you'll love the Wayside Theatre in Middletown. Come early, dine in Middletown and walk to the theatre from either the Wayside Inn or the Irish Isle. Also, visit the Winchester Little Theatre or plays at Shenandoah University!

My 5 year old daughter and I and the greatest "mommy time" in the world. The cabin is "home" in every aspect.
The place is SO much more than the pictures can describe!
My daughter loved playing on the Air Hockey table and sitting on the lower deck counting starts. She even woke me up at 6am to watch the sunrise from the Upper deck!
Of course her favorite was the Hot tub and she thinks she wants one for her birthday ;-)
We only came down the mountain once, and that was to find a Sunday Service. There are many churches to choose from. Stacy is a beautiful person and a perfect host. My family was very excited after seeing the photos we brought home and I
hope if it's GOD's will, that we will be back again this year!

A Great Escape

This cozy cottage is the perfect place to get away from it all. The cottage is nestled among the trees in the mountains and offers the comforts of home as well as wonderful seclusion. The hot tub offers a great way to unwind and a spectacular view. The cottage itself has everything you could need when away from home. The owner is very helpful and wonderful to work with. Her personal touches and thoughtfulness are seen throughout the cottage. I would recommend this cottage to anyone looking to get away and relax.

Love this house. The veiw alone is amazing. The house as advertised was "cozy". It is a wonderful place to escape and unwind. We could spend the whole day in the hot tub.

Romantic getaway only 2 hours from DC!

My husband and I just got married over Christmas and were looking for our first "romantic getaway". We did not want to travel too far from DC, so I ended up choosing this cottage in the Shenandoah Valley. The place was beautiful and tucked away up in the mountain. The owner was very helpful and answered all the questions I had on area attractions, stores nearby, etc. She helped my find a place to go wine tasting and the perfect place for horseback riding. Besides that, the cottage was very clean and really beautiful. We really enjoyed the game room downstairs, watching movies on the comfortable couch, cooking some nice meals in the fully equipped kitchen, and taking advantage of the hot tub!

This was really the perfect place to have a romantic getaway and we look forward to going there again in the future and telling our friends about it.

This place could also be great for a family or for a relaxing weekend with friends.

We loved it all!

Great Place, Amazing View

This is by far the best cabin I have ever stayed in. It is decorated beautifully. I have stayed here a few times and each time was better then the last. The view is awesome! Stacy is definetly a pleasure to work with as well. She treats you like family. Great place!! Love it!
