Large 2-bedroom, livingroom and family room & large kitchen with breakfast counter in the Lake Almanor Country Club. One and 1/2 baths. Lake view from large viewing deck. Just a few blocks form the recreation area, tennis courts, club house/ restaurant and golf course. Across the street from the lake. Spacious viewing deck. Large attached 2-car garage included. Boat parking and turnaround area on level upper portion of lot.

The house is spacious and well appointed. Very nice to have dinner on the deck overlooking the lake. Situated on the peninsula, it is close to the two recreation areas, but you still need to walk quite a distance to get there.
