Enjoy all four seasons at this charming year-round waterfront home on quiet Mirror Lake, located in Tuftonboro. Queen bed in the master bedroom looks out French doors to the beautiful lake, double bed in the second bedroom, twin over full bunk in the third bedroom. Relax in the living room looking out French doors to the lake. Enjoy the screened porch at night with a cool breeze. Grill on the deck while watching the children swim in the crystal clear water. Launch your boat on Mirror Lake or Winnipesaukee. Enjoy the solitude of Mirror Lake or hop over to the Big lake! A beautiful sunrise over the lake can start a day of fishing, swimming, boating, or just laying in the sun on the sandy beach. In the fall, view the foliage or go apple picking, only 8 miles away. Ice skating out the back door, snow mobile on nearby trails or ski the NH slopes. 5 miles to Wolfeboro center for shopping and restaurants or just sit back and enjoy a ride on the Mount Washington steamship.

Lake Region area has many activities. They have craft fairs in Wolfeboro all summer long, with swimming, jet ski, boating, fishing, scuba diving museums, water parks 2 outlet malls. In the winter there is also snowmobiling cross country skiing snow shoeing as well as ice fishing. Skating hiking speedway.

Notes: We have a beautiful spot, that is quiet as well as private. There is a beautiful child safe sandy beach which you can see your children off the deck or from the living room. We have a great screen porch to relax and read or just eat dinner in. Our house has an open concept with the living room and kitchen opens up to each other so when you are cooking you can still be a part of the crowd. The living room has double french doors leading out to the deck on the front of the house and on the side leading out to the screen porch there are double sliders that open so wide its like having extra living space. Outside has a great yard for games or relax on the double swing or the hammock overlooking the water.

Very nice people to deal with. The house was clean and well equiped. The views were beautiful, we had a great time. The friends we came with loved it so much they have already reserved the cottage for next year. The beach is clean and well suited for young children.
