This adorable 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is located just steps from the beautiful white sand beaches of sunny SoCal. Upgraded to the max, this condo looks like it belongs in a Pottery Barn catalog. Only the finest linens and amenities throughout. Guests can enjoy meals in the sunny and bright, fully-equipped kitchen or grill outside on the private patio while breathing the fresh sea air. The Bamboo Retreat has a king sized bed in the master bedroom and two twins in the guest bedroom. The living room sofa pulls out into a queen sized sleeper. All linens are provided, and are the ultimate in luxury and comfort.

Our condo is located in Dana Point, home of the Ocean Institute, the Festival of the Whales, and the Tall Ships Festival. Dana Point Harbor offers cruises to Catalina Island as well as boat rentals. We're 5 miles from popular Laguna Beach, with it's fine eateries and art galleries. Dana Point is located on the coast equal distance between Los Angeles and San Diego so it's only about an hours drive to all that those great cities have to offer!

    Low season (Sept 19 - April) $1100-$1700/Weekly
    Peak season (April - Sept 18) $1750-$2000/Weekly
    Holiday Season $1750-$2000/Weekly
    (All major holidays included).
  • Daily and Monthly rates are negotiable.

    We take Visa/MasterCard (.3% convenience fee is added).
    $500 deposit due at the time reservation is made. Deposit will be
    returned within 14 days of departure, less $175-250 cleaning fee
    (depending on size of group).

    Rental fee is due 60 days prior to arrival.

    Cancellations received 30 days or less from the arrival date shall
    be subject to a $500 cancellation fee and 50% of the rental fee.

    Check-in time is 4:00 p.m.
    Check-out time is 10:00 a.m.

    Additional charge for more than 5 people.

    Additional charge for pets.

    No Smoking.
