This HIPSTER pad offers the perfect blend of contemporary style with retreat mode in this quiet Racquet Club area. Only 3 minutes from downtown Palm Springs - nearby shopping, restaurants, nightlife, hotels, casino, spas, hiking and Tram. And only about 30 minutes from the Coachella and Stagecoach Festivals!

Upon arrival, you will be given a tour by a concierge. You will be able to contact the concierge during your stay should you have any questions or concerns.

The house is equipped with Direct TV, which includes the NFL Package (during season), HBO and Cinemax.

The chic living room has a 42 inch Flat Panel TV, DVD player and stereo, There is also a 32 inch flat screen TV in the master bedroom, and a 20 inch TV in the first bedroom.

All bedrooms have Memory Foam beds. The master has a king sized bed, the 2 other rooms have queen sized beds. Linen and blankets provided.

We provide a handmade soap with ‘skin soothing' Olive Oil. Not your typical hotel soap.

The stylish eat-in kitchen has everything you need, such as pots, pans, coffee grinder, cappuccino machine, place mats, cloth napkins, silverware.....even a stocked spice rack! Shoot, if you want to make muffins...we've got the tins!

Washer and Dryer, and we provide the laundry soap, dryer sheets and bleach!

There is a glass rock gas fire place in the living room. Not needed often, but cool.

Free Wireless Internet!

The grassy backyard is very private and secure. And large enough for any sized pet!

Island gas BBQ grill with a burner.

An alluring Salt Water pool with arching jets of water. The pool is16X37, great for doing laps or just basking in the sun on the floats.

Large Jacuzzi big enough for 8 people. We also provide spa robes and beach towels...enough for everyone!

Lounge chairs, tables, and an outdoor dining table for 6.

Outdoor gas fire-pit for the winter months...or smores lovers.

4 mountain bikes for hitting the trails or just cruising the Strip.

There is a 2 car garage and driveway, and plenty of street parking.

This Desert-Modern Oasis with designer touches throughout is quite the get-away.

Mid Century Fun in the Sun

We stayed at this beautiful example of Mid Century modern living with another couple in June of 2012. The house exceeded our expectations - clean and well furnished, with everything we needed at our fingertips. We cooked several amazing meals in the kitchen - it was cool enough to eat a late dinner outside. With the pool fountains running in the background, we felt like we were at a spa! We also enjoyed meals in town, which is just a short drive away. The pool is fantastic - saline is definitely the way to go - and we also put the hot tub to good use. Tom was very easy to work with - responsive and friendly. We highly recommend this vacation home and plan to return soon!

LOVE this house! Tom (the owner) is an absolute pleasure to deal with. Beautifully renovated Alexander, with a great salt water pool & yard. The backyard is a true oasis. The house is clean & well decorated, beds are comfortable & the home has everything you need. Thank you for letting us stay in your beautiful home. We can't wait to go back!

Escaping the NY and Minnesota winters

We all so enjoyed your beautiful home. It does not take long to settle in, especially when escaping the NY and Minnesota winters for just one week.

The fireplace and pit were quite the crowd pleasers, and the pool was a real treat as well. Love it!
