No need to drive, it’s close enough to bike, or why not kayak to South Beach. The Edgartown Great Pond is close by and perfect for launching a small boat or kayak. Surrounded by woods on ¾ of an acre, our home offers attractive accommodations in a quiet, private setting. Perfect for families, couples and friends you will enjoy all the comforts of home. This home features 3 bedrooms, 2 baths and 2 queen size sofa sleepers with many modern amenities including: high-speed cable internet access, cable TV, 2 adult and 2 children’s bikes and a gas BBQ grill on the outside deck. The property also features a fully equipped and modern kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils, and also comes complete with linens. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large outside mahogany deck.

  • Enjoy GREAT RATES in JUNE & FREE Gas Card with all rentals! July 5-12 is last available week.
  • Peak Season (July-August) (xxx) $2600/weekly $9800/monthly
    Shoulder Season (June, Sept) $395/daily $1750/weekly $6400/monthly
    Value Season (Apr, May, Oct) $325 /daily $1350/weekly $4700/monthly
    Off Season (Nov-March) $250 /daily $1150/weekly $3400/monthly
    3 day minimum rental for daily rates

    Payment is due in full 90 days prior to arrival. Payment is accepted by personal check (depending on time frame), money order, or major credit card (Master Card & Visa Only). Massachusetts & local lodging taxes are included in the rate.
  • To secure your reservation of a week or more, a deposit of $500 is due at the time you make your reservation. For rentals of less than a week a deposit of $250 is required. Provided no charges have been incurred for excess cleaning, or property damage, the deposits will be returned in full approximately 2-3 weeks.

    Check in/arrival time starts at 4pm on the first day of your stay. Check out/departure time is 11am on the last day of your stay. These times can be flexible if there if there are no bookings immediately before or after yours (upon request).

    The home is professionally cleaned before and after your arrival. A non-refundable cleaning deposit of $150 is required for all rentals. Additional deposits may be required for multi month rentals.

    If you cancel fewer than 90 days before your arrival date, no monies will be refunded unless a replacement booking is obtained. No refunds for delayed arrivals, early departures or inclement weather.
