Waterfalls
Child’s park – Fulmer Falls, Deer Leap Falls and Factory Falls (the closest to the development). No fee. There is a scenic walk along 1.8 mile loop trail encircling three magnificent waterfalls.
Directions: Make a left out of the community onto Parks Road, follow Parks Rd. to STOP sign. The main entrance is about 200 feet before the STOP sign. There are two more entrances on your right after the STOP sign. You can also walk along the river for about ½ mile.
Dingmans Falls

No fee. Easy to walk with kids along the path. You can also climb up the stairs for a better view from the top. They have guided tours on weekends.
Directions: Make a left out of the community onto Parks Road. Follow the road until STOP sign, make a right onto Silver lake Road, follow the road until STOP sign for about 3 miles. Turn right onto Route 739. Continue to the first traffic light, make a right onto 209 South.
Milford has a lot of stores:
The Old Lumberyard Shops, The Upper Mill, The Old Schoolhouse, Apple Valley Village or on Hartford Street.
Directions: From Silver Lake Road make a left by the Sister’s Corner Deli onto Milford Road (SR 2001), the road will bring you into the center of Milford.

Excellent Family Hiking:
PEEC – Pocono Environmental Education Center is a non-profit center whose mission is to enhance environmental awareness. The center is located off Route 209, between Milford and Bushkill.
Directions: Make a right out of community, follow Park Rd. until the intersection with Milford Road, make a right, then turn left on to Thurner Rd, turn right on to Emery. The entrance to PEEC is on your left.
