Life on the Island will prove to be one you will never want to leave. This 1215 square foot, ground floor condo provides you with immediate access to the water, small sand beaches, tiki huts, fishing and unforgettable sunsets. This unit is located in Club Bahia, which is the newest and most prestigious part of the island. Club Bahia provides members with exclusive use of the heated pool, hot tub, fitness center and other clubhouse amenities.

This attractive condo features sliding glass doors across its entire water view side, contributing to its light and airy feel. An oversized patio provides panoramic views of Pass-A-Grill channel, the Intercostal Waterway and the Gulf of Mexico. This ground floor patio provides additional entertaining space and allows you easy access to the water and landscaped grounds.

Our attractively furnished condo features a spacious master suite has a kingsize bed, a walk-in closet, master bath with double sinks and a garden tub. The master suite also has sliding glass doors opening to the spacious patio with an electric grill and water views. The guest suite features custom built-in office cabinets with generous storage space along with a fold down, queen size Murphy bed.

Other extras include: a breakfast nook for 4, dining table which seats 6; top of the line appliances, fully equipped kitchen, all linens and bedding,fold out queen size sofa/bed, washer and dryer, cable on two HD TV's (flat screens), blueray DVD/CD player with sound bar, high speed internet access, beach chairs, towels,and cooler, hairdryer, electric grill, patio furniture and convenient parking at your front door. The property has 24 hour surveillance and security and is immaculately kept.

My wife and I visited in July 2012. Our stay was very nice and the pictures are accurate. The owners are pleasant to deal with and communicate well prior to your arrival and during your visit if necessary. The beds were comfortable, the TVs were great, the view was therapeutic, the grounds were well maintained and the pool was very clean. Just two minutes from St. Pete Beach. I can't understand why anyone would go and pay more at a hotel. We will be back.-Rob and Carrie-St. Louis, Missouri
