If you don't mind an urban setting...

We had expected this house to be in a mountain community but it is more like a normal urban development.
Huge community with lots of homes, lots of roads (took 10min. to get from gate to house) and lots of people.
House is nice (small) and in good shape. Owners are friendly but VERY "up" on their house. Even though they 'welcome negative comments' when we left a couple of our impressions they seemed quite offended and argumentative.
Not a bad experience, but not really what we like (or expected from the description and pictures.)
Also, hot tub is in a room off of the main bedroom and is pretty noisy. Instructions for use were not very clear also (they said to turn down to 80 degrees when not in use, but did not mention that it takes 6 hours to warm up to a nice 100-102 degrees for use. So we used it the first night and then turned it down - as per directions. Then when we wanted to use it again - the next evening - we had to let if run over night to get it heated up. This made it even louder...)
Owner's Response: It is in a mountain community that is centrally located. We have a single home on a 1/4 acre lot with 40-50 trees just like the photos and info shows. We don't offer seclusion, which is rare to find. We are 4 min. from gate.
Simply followed up on how they enjoyed their, so we can improve our accommadations. Did not mean to come accross as argumentative.
Hot tub can be noisy if you don't close the jets or turn it down. Instructions are posted. It can also be shut off. It takes up to 6 degrees per hour to warm up a huge tub.
We pride ourselves on our honesty. Detailed brochures and numerous handouts are provided.
