The House by The Mouse is located less than four miles to Disney which makes it perfect to break the day with a cooling swim or lunch. A truly magical vacation home in the perfect location.

Tastefully furnished, fully air conditioned and beautifully appointed throughout, our home offers those extra finishing touches that turn an ordinary home into your very own piece of Disney paradise.

We have a wide range of upgrades such as a pool & spa overlooking natural woodland, game room, Wii game system, WiFi, large screen TV and full gourmet kitchen to name just a few features

Our home offers 2 King suites, a Queen with private bath & 2 Twins both wonderfully themed for children and the young at heart!

We have everything you could possibly need to make your vacation trouble free from start to finish - all you need to bring is your smile :)

We guarantee you a prompt and personal service at all times and are available to help with anything you may need.

Child Friendly Home: Our home is filled with child friendly features and toys, games & books. The pool area has a safety fence for the protection of the little ones with the addition of pool alarms on the doors. We have the little ones in mind at all times and offer two themed rooms and lots of Disney memorabillia throughout the home. We have added a games room with tennis table, foosball and professional air hockey table and we have a Wii Game System in the family room for all to enjoy.

We offer hi-chair,baby strollers, single, double or umbrella and two porta cribs.

Great Pool Area: Our pool area is a huge hit with all ages and you will be hard pushed to get the kids to go to Disney! The sun deck is drenched in the glorious Florida sunshine all day long and also offers a spacious lanai for some welcome shade. The whole area is screened to keep the bugs out and let the sunshine in. The spa is the perfect way to relax and unwind at the end of the day. We have lots of pool towels provided for you, so there's no need to weigh down your luggage.

We can arrange for the rental of a BBQ for the whole family to enjoy so you can dine under the stars right by the pool.

Great Community: Indian Creek is a terrific, well kept community with a nice balance of permanent residents and vacation homes. There is a central leisure area with pagoda, sand pit, children's tot lot and fitness park.

There is also a second children's playground, tennis courts, basketball and multi games court, stocked lakes for fishing, a jogging/walking trail, practice putting green and a soccer field.

Locally, Formosa Gardens Village is less than a mile from the development and offers and abundance of restaurants and stores.

Locally there is a huge selection of restaurants less than a mile away and lots of stores.

For Golfers, the fabulous Mystic Dunes Golf Club is just a few minutes away and we have arranged a Preffered Rate here for our guests.

This house is not only clean and cozy but is conveniently located to all the Disney parks as well as restaurants, shops, and highways. All of the decorations are lovely and makes you feel right at home. We hated to leave but knew we would be returning. The pool is great and private since there aren't any homes behind it. Definitely a must if you are traveling to Orlando with family and friends. You won't be disappointed.

excellent vacation!

We arrived to a lovely home, well kept, clean and spacious. The home was as advertised, the pool was heated and the hot tub warm. Two families shared the space easily. The kitchen was well equipped for serving our group of 9. The house is well situated to visiting Disney and Orlando area. During our stay we shopped at several malls, took in two baseball games, visited Disney and lounged around the pool. We would definitely recommend this house to other visitors and will keep it in mind when we next visit Orlando. The owners were in regular contact with us prior to and post visit. thanks!

The house was very neat and clean and had everything we needed. It was located close to all of the Disney parks, as well as a variety of restaurants and grocery stores. I would definitely come back and stay at this house.

Best Place to stay closest to Disney

We had the greatest time at this wonderful home. The house was ove the top, with amentities. You name it and it was included, BBQ, wheelchair, baby strollers and cribs. Our kids wanted to stay in the pool more then going to the parks. We will be back and would highly recommend this house for 2 families.
This is not the run of the mill stripped down vacation home, this is more then a 5 star hotel.
Recommended for:  Age 55+, Adventure Seekers, Girls Getaway, Sightseeing, Families with Teenagers, Families with Young Children, People with Disabilities, Romantic Getaway
