Our home is located in the highly sought after location of Indian Creek, less than 4 miles to Animal Kingdom. The peaceful community is a blend of vacation and residential homes and has two children's playgrounds, tennis courts, tennis court, basketball and multigames court, practice putting green, football field and baseball diamond and a jogging/walking trail around the lake. Formosa Gardens Village is just a five minute drive and has a selection of restaurants including Outback Steakhouse, Red Lobster, TGI Friday's, Carrabas Italian Grill and Cracker Barrel to name a few. The busy US-192 Highway is just a minute further and home to an abundance of restaurants and stores. For Golfers, the fabulous Mystic Dunes Golf Club is just a few minutes drive and we have arranged preferred rates here for our guests.

Kid Friendly home , safety fence, pool alarms.: Our home is filled with kid friendly furniture and toys. We have each bedroom themed with the little ones in mind, and two rooms are for the teens. We have added a games room for the older kids with tennis table, foosball and professional air hockey table. We offer hi-chair,baby strollers, single, double or umbrella and two porta cribs. Indian Creek has two playgrounds walking trails, 2 ponds filled with bass fish, if you want to go fishing. Tennis courts, basketball court, putting green everything is here for your enjoyment.

Administration Fee for Credit Card Use 3%: We do charge a fee for the use of pay pal, the charge is 3% of the amount charged.

The house had everything we needed and was conveniently located near all of the attractions and local stores. We spent a lot of time just relaxing in the pool.
For those with young children, the rooms are Disney friendly and the number of bedrooms and baths made it convenient for our travelers.

We had a great stay!

We loved the house. It was clean and decorated so cute. Very close to everything. The house was filled with everything you needed to have a perfect vacation. We will be staying here again on our next trip to FL.

First time in FL with family

We spent 2008 Christmas in this home and loved every minute we were there. House has everything you can imagine, loaded kitchen, pool/spa and even games for the kids. All attractions and shopping are just around the corner. This was one of our FAVORITE vacation spots and hope to do it again soon!

Every time that I think of my trip to Florida, I think of how much time we should have spend at the home provided by Fran and family. My family and friend's family have often talk about coming back to the same house. The home was very accommodating for two families as well as clean and convienent to stores, as well as Disney. We looking for forward to getting back to Florida in the future whether it is a family vacation or a Girls AAU Basketball games! I can't remember when we stayed since it has been a few years. I know that it was during spring break.

We had a wonderful stay

We will be back, so close to the parks. We could come home and swim and rest up for the evening it was great. The kids loved the pool and the games room. The owners really thought of everyhting. The house is very clean and well maintained. We saved so much money compared to staying on Disney property.

We recommend this property.
