Great Fall and Winter Location! Special Rates! Crystal clear, Sandy Bottom All Sports Lake. Twin Lake is a family-friendly lake, swimming, fishing, boating, and other water sports. Our beach front is sandy and shallow, which is ideal for children to swim. It also includes a dock, 14 ft. aluminum row boat with oars, pedal boat, and a firepit for evening bonfires. You'll love the fishing on this lake! Our home has been recently remodeled with an updated kitchen, hardwood floors, new carpeting, freshly painted, A/C, and is extremely clean. The main floor has been designed for family gatherings and consists of a great room with cathedral ceilings (beautiful views of the lake) with a combined eating area, full size sleeper sofa, a master bedroom with a queen size bed and 1/2 bath, and a full bath. The lower level with the walk-out basement is laid out with 2 bedrooms (queen bed & bunk bed), and it's own private living area w/Playstation and TV. We are 8 mins. from Michigan Adventure!

Perfect place for family getaway!

The cottage was more spacious than I thought it would be, and very tidy. The lake was clean and clear with a sandy bottom and very little seaweed. The water level is higher than usual, so there wasn't really a beach, but there was plenty of room to sit on the grass with lawn chairs, thoughtfully provided by owner. The kitchen was well appointed. As for the area, there's SO much to do! It's close to a number of towns, with something for everyone. The owner was genuinely interested in making our stay pleasant.
Owner's Response: The lake is really high this year with 72 inches of snow that fell over the winter. Unfortunately everyone around the lake lost their beach front. As I guess we can't complain, the lakes really need the water, since all have been down for years!!

Our stay at Twin Lake was wonderful. This is the first summer we didn't go to Florida and I have no regrets. The cottage is clean, well maintained and stocked with everything you need. It's quiet and the lake is great, especially the sandy beach. We brought our waverunners and enjoyed riding everyday.

There is so much to do in the area for all ages.

My husband and I decided to take our first family vacation here at Twin Lake on the beach and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. It was wonderful to sit on the back deck and watch the beautiful sunsets. Our six month old daughter loved the water and it was great because we could sit her right down in the shallow water and watch her play. It was peaceful and relaxing.

We stayed at the house June 11 - 16 2007. Our family has been going up there for the last few years and I have to say it was our most enjoyable vacation yet. The house was perfect, the owners have thought of everything. It was the first time that anyone had taken the time to put together information on things to do and places to visit while you are there. I highly recommend this house or there new one for anyone who is looking for a family vacation. It will be a time you will never forget!

Very nice, clean vacation home. Lots of family activities such as games, puzzles, movies. Plenty of cookware and bakeware. Very close to many attractions.
