AVAILABLE XMAS. A luxury penthouse apartment in the enchanting magical village of Mojacar a white washed village perched on the hillside overlooking the beach and mountains. A quiet peaceful modern romantic apartment tastefully decorated with all facilities, situated in the centre of the village with private intercom access. One of the best features of the apartment is the fantastic unrivalled panoramic views of the sea and mountains including a 24-metre terrace. The terrace gets the sun all day long and is ideal for a winter or summer break. A perfect apartment for painting, writing or reading with total peace and tranquillity. Accommodation comprises of a large spacious open plan lounge/fully fitted kitchen. Bedroom/dressing room, bathroom with bath, shower, bidet and wc, a 24-metre private sunny terrace with large patio table, chairs, sun lounger's, parasol and BBQ. The apartment is situated in the centre of the village near to the bus stop and all amenities.

Mojacar is an enchanting magical moorish village of white washed houses perched on the hillside overlooking the beach and mountains. The village is totally unspoilt with quaint cobbled streets and is steeped in history. The large sandy EEC Blue Flag beach stretching 10km is 2 km away. Mini Hollywood where the famous Spaghetti westerns were filmed is 45 minutes away. There are lots of golf courses near by including the fabulous Desert Springs Golf par 72 the only desert course in Europe. Almeria Airport is 45 minutes, Murcia one and a half hours and Alicante two hours.

Notes: The Apartment is very spacious, modern and tastefully decorated with a large 3 seater sofa, a 2 seater sofa, an antique chair and coffee table in the lounge. The kitchen has all modern amenities, The Bathroom has a bath, shower and bidet and toilet. The Bedroom has a dressing room attached to it. There is three very large ceiling fans and a radiator. The sunny terrace is 24 metres. The apartment is located within the centre of the village with private intercom access.

Eating out: The village has some fabulous international restaurants and traditional bars including Mama Belle's family run restaurant only a few metres away which is famous for there exquisite food and wine and the host Carlos speaks fluent English and French. The beach is one of the few places now in Europe where you can eat and drink right on the beach while listening and watching the ocean in one of the Chirinigutos. If you are a fish lover the fishing village of Garrucha is nearby where fresh fish is brought straight from the boat to your table.

Location and Amenities: The apartment is situated in the centre of the village near to all amenities and the bus stop is at the end of the street. It is an ideal place to spend your days writing or painting in the breathtaking surrounding area. Watch the fishing boats from the terrace going out from the nearby village of Garrucha or visit the white sandy deserted EEC Blue Flag Beach. There are four golf courses nearby to accommodate all standards. Walk nearby in the mountains with wild flowers and bird watching. For motorcyclists there are some fabulous runs through the coastline of the Cabo de Gata Nature Reserve or the Sierra Cabrera Mountains. There is also Horse Riding, Scuba Diving, Fishing, Cycling, Sailing, wind surfing, quad biking and tennis.

General Information: Mojacar has one of the sunniest climates in Spain with 3,000 hours of sunshine a year compared with 3,000 hours of rain in the UK. With all the reasonable flights from the UK and easy access to the village it is ideal for a weekend break. Only 2 hours from Granada with the famous palace of Alhambra. Only 45 minutes from Mini Hollywood where all the famous spaghetti westerns were made. Only two hours from Sierra Nevada where skiing and the international cross country ski event take place every year.

Golf: There are lots of golf courses near by including the fabulous Desert Springs Golf par 72 the only desert course in Europe.

The apartment was ideally located, the views were stunning, it was a pleasure to wake up to the sunrise over the sea.

Fantastic apartment, central, and with spectacular views. Ideal for couples. Quiet, clean and very complete (towels, cd, appliances ...). The owner very friendly at all times. Would return to the apartment just by sitting on his terrace and see the incredible views! Thanks for these holidays!

We had a wonderful weeks stay in Mojacar. The apartment was perfect in every way, where it was situated and the wonderful terrace where we spent many sun soaked hours.
