The house is only 1.5 miles from Mount Snow with a view of both the Main and North Faces, particularly nice in the mornings and evenings. The concept is an open floor plan with a cathedral ceiling. There are bedrooms and bathrooms on all three levels. The two-part living room has a cozy wood burning fireplace, TV/DVD/VCR with cable, stereo, and several couches. Wi-fi internet connectivity. A Foosball table is located in a separate alcove. Outside is your own private deck with a table/chairs and is a great location for viewing the night sky. The full-function kitchen has all standard appliances. The Dining Room table seats six plus there is a breakfast bar with additional seating. There is a full-size clothes washer and dryer. VAST snowmobile trails are accessible at the end of the property.
This is a very nice, modern residence, situated in a secluded location on four plus acres with easy access to Mount Snow. There are no back-roads to worry about.
No smoking inside the house.
Well behaved pets allowed at owner's discretion.

Location, location, location. The house is near Mt. Snow and more importantly, on the north side so traffic is minimal. Since the driveway is on Route 100, there are no back roads to contend with.
There is a nice view of Mount Snow from the Living Room.
This is a three level setup with bedrooms and bathrooms on each level.
Where do I start? We are from PA, and were making a big trip to VT to do some skiing. From the start of our search for a home...I had been in touch with the owner, Greg, who was absolutely great to deal with. He offered suggestions on restaurants, pubs, shopping etc. Any questions I had, he got right back to me with answers. When renting over the internet...you never know what you will get. Well, the home and its owner are GEMS. The home is very well maintained, and very CLEAN. Ample firewood was provided, making it really nice to kick back with a cocktail after a long day, and enjoy the fire. The split living room worked out great, as kids stayed on one side, and adults on fireplace side. 3 bathrooms was great. Kitchen had everything we needed. Mt. Snow view added to the experience, and being 1.5 miles to the mountain is awesome. To top it off, Greg, was able to offer two lift tickets (not sure if that is the norm), which was a huge help when buying 8 lift tickets. I would highly recommend this home. There is a certain amount of comfort you gain when you feel you are dealing an honest and straight forward person...which takes away the anxiety of renting over the internet when you are travelling to parts unknown 6+ hours from home. All aspects of our trip to Mt. Snow VT were great. The next time I get back to Mt. Snow....this is where I will be staying. You will not be disappointed. Great place to stay!! Mark G. We rented over New Years weekend and couldn't have been happier with the place. The interior is like new, with a great fire-place/living room. The property is right near Mount Snow, but a short distance to Stratton. The owner was great to deal with and even gave us a short cut to Stratton. Great location, views and amenities, I definitely recommend.
The house is just north of the Mount Snow Ski Area with driveway access to Route 100. The house is set back from the road offering privacy. This provides easy access to Vermont's main north-south thoroughfare (Route 100) and it is not necessary to drive on rural back roads.
Activities: Downhill skiing at Mt Snow or Stratton; cross-country skiing at Timber Creek; VAST trail access and snowmobile tours
Ski: Mount Snow has special rates and family deals that are available.
For the non-skiers, or to take a break, there is outlet shopping in Manchester. The town also features the historic Lincoln estate known as Hildene.
