The house is 1.5 miles from Mount Snow Ski Area with a view of the Main and North Faces, particularly nice in the mornings and evenings. This new construction has an open floor plan with a cathedral ceiling. There are bedrooms and bathrooms on all three levels. The two-part living room has a cozy wood burning fireplace, TV/DVD (cable), stereo, and several couches. A Foosball table is located in a separate alcove. Outside is your own private deck and is a great location for viewing the night sky. This deck includes a able, chairs, and wood supply. The full-function kitchen has all standard appliances. The Dining Room table seats six plus there is a breakfast bar with additional seating. There is a full-size clothes washer and dryer. VAST snowmobile trails are accessible at the end of the property. Wi-fi internet connectivity. This is a very nice, modern residence, situated in a secluded location on four plus acres with easy access to Mount Snow. Sorry, no pets or smoking
