Great vacation in the tropics

You asked me to write a review so I'm happy to do so as we've stayed in several of your other homes in recent years, including the VT and NH ski houses
We had an incredible time at your ocean-front house on St. Maarten.
We were 2 families plus kids and the big house worked very well, especially having a/c in the bedrooms
The location is incredible with views over the beach, and your brochure is right, Dawns beach is truly outstanding.
the house was very nice, we had a king bed and our own bathroom and the views from the upper floors of the beach and ocean were stunning.
The enormous patio was the real hit as we cooked outside most nights, ate lunch on the patio near the pool and of course had a lengthy cocktail hour or two every day at sunset. I could live on that patio overlooking the palm trees and ocean
the house and setting are incredible so it was a great vacation for us and we'd like to be back next year, maybe the winter next time.
You should be aware the new stove is tricky to light the oven as I guess it's gas your caretaker explained, and one very rainy day some water leaked in through one of the windows but it was a torrential downpour and only lasted an hour, and then the sun was out again.
