The property has deeded access to this beautiful private association Sandy Beach deed for only (10) houses on Eastern Avenue. The property has water views of the ocean from 2nd level deck and extended 2nd level family room. The house has lots of natural light and is bright and cheery. It is also within a short walking distance of less than a half mile to historic Main Street of Harwichport for shopping and dining and also less than a 300 yard walk to Allen Harbor. This Spacious 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Home Sleeps 6-8 maximum, has cable TV and VCR, hardwood floors, washer and dryer in the basement, and a deck with gas grill. Enclosed outside shower. Nice landscaped yard with in-ground sprinklers and more. (1) Queen, (4) twin beds, (2) pull-out sofas. Max. (3) vehicles parking . No pets/No smoking
