Peaceful 6 bedroom chalet located 4 minutes to Haystack & under 10 minutes to Mt. Snow. Features a fully equipped kitchen. Main level has kitchen & dining area along with living room with wood burning fireplace, 37' HDTV w/ DVD & stereo, IPOD docking station w/ speakers. Two bedrooms, 1 with queen and 1 with bunk beds & twin, one full bath, washer & dryer. Upper level (just renovated) has 2 bedrooms, 1 king & twin and 1 bunk bed, with 1or 2 extra twins and full bath. Lower level has ground level walk out with mud room and 2 brand new bedrooms, 1 queen & twin and 1 queen and full bath. Lower level also includes newly renovated game/family room with gas fireplace, 7' Olhausen pool table, dart board, foosball, bar w/ fridge & 37' HDTV w/ DVD/CD surround sound system. Video library - over 150 DVD's. Large deck, gas grill & 4-5 person hot tub and outdoor shower. House is 5 minutes to beautiful Lake Raponda and the Harriman Reservoir, take the house kayak out for an afternoon on the lake.

A great weekend

A great place to stay for larger groups. We had 11 people for our annual ski trip and this was a wonderful place to stay. There are multiple places to hang out whether in the hot tub, in the upstairs living room or downstairs in the game room. Everyone had a great time. John is wonderful to coordinate with and is super helpful about the house and the surrounding area.

Looking forward to planning something in the summer.

Nice, cozy house!

We had a very nice time over New Year's weekend in this house. We had 15 people in total (8 adults and 7 children) and the house could accommodate us all very comfortably. The house has a cozy feel and we appreciated wood floors (in most areas) rather than the old dusty carpeting you so often find in rentals. We especially loved the downstairs game room, which got a lot of use by kids and adults alike. The thermostat-controlled gas fireplace there was a very nice touch.

A special note of thanks goes to John, the owner, who was accommodating, easy to work with, and very responsive. He made a true effort to ensure that our stay was pleasant and comfortable.

Great house with plenty of room for all your friends. We stayed over St. Patty's weekend and were pleased to find the inside of the house nicely renovated and very spacious. The game room downstairs and outdoor hot tub were an added bonus. Owner is very friendly and easy to deal with. We will be returning next year!

Perfect Weekend

A group of friends and I went up for a long ski weekend and everything was perfect! We were lucky and had fresh snow, but the house also made the weekend so wonderful. There were so many bedrooms, no one felt crowded...people could hang out and drink wine by the fire upstairs and others could play pool and darts downstairs, while others could also be in the hot tub outside. It was a perfect getaway with everything we needed.

The owner was extremely helpful and easy to work with. Luckily, we didn't have any problems, however, he was always very quick to respond to any questions.

We hope to make it up again next year and would definitely recommend this house again to anyone.

Really Fun House

We were a group of 13 friends looking for a great ski weekend and this house provided the perfect lodging arrangements. Everyone had a bed, with crisp clean sheets. Kitchen and living room had enough space to cook a big dinner and breakfast for 13 people. The bar room downstairs is really the highlight, pool table, darts, foosball, a very nice bar and terrific sound system. John the owner is accommodating and has a great house. Would definitely stay there again.
