Description of the Jonesport vacation house rental
Three floors of relaxed living on 2+ acres of privacy. Enjoy the comforts of home while vacationing in a place 'away from it all, home sleeps up to 7 people. Romantic master bedroom with king size bed and private deck with breathtaking view. Second bedroom has 2 twin beds and adjoining sitting room (which can also be a 3rd bedroom with twin pullout). Fully equipped kitchen, dining area and seating for 6 or 7. Lower walkout level has woodsy feel with knotty pine walls. It is a nice family area and has a queen size futon. There is also a laundry room with washer, dryer and sink. There are 2 decks to enjoy the outdoors from, and all amenities for a memorable vacation in a special place.

The charm of Jonesport and the surrounding area is in its serene beauty of nature, abounding in wildlife such as bald eagles, deer, porcupines, fox, and the occasional moose sauntering though. You will not find the usual tourist traps of more populated areas, although you are only 1 1/2 hours from Ellsworth and Bar Harbor. Nature trails are close as is beautiful Sandy River beach. Have you ever wanted to (observe puffins in their natural habitat? You don`t have to go to Alaska, you can cruise right out of Jonesport. Most of all relax, listen to the loons, walk along the shore, kayak to nearby Rogues Island harbor and have a picnic, while watching eagles soar. Enjoy life the way it should be.
