This is a 2 be - 2 ba delightfully decorated condo in West Mesa, AZ, located in a gated community NW of I-60 and Country Club. It is clean, bright, and very quiet with a lot of personal and convenience items from cooking spices to iron board.
You will easily feel at home. There is a patio with two chairs, a large dining table for 6 to play cards & games, and an entertainment center with karaoke and a lot of videos to watch. Downstairs you will find pool, tennis, basketball, racquetball and gazebo with charcoal grill to BBQ or sit and enjoy the Arizona weather. The pool by the clubhouse is heated during the winter and has a Jacuzzi.
At night unwind in the beautiful, serene master bedroom watching cable TV and movies from the comfortable king bed.
The second bedroom is harmoniously decorated in native-American tones and includes a queen bed and a computer with High Speed Internet Access and a printer. Each bedroom has a ceiling fan.

It is only a short drive into the Apache Trail, the Superstition Mountains and the Canyon Lake where speedboat, kayak, pontoon boat rentals and ‘Steamboat Dolly’ rides are available.

Southwestern Rentals, LLC has been serving winter visitors, corporate clients, and short term renters since 2005. I work for the City of Mesa downtown, which is just a few minutes away from my residence and the rental properties. I enjoy interacting with our out-of-town snowbirds, corporate clients and short term renters, and this is more like a 'hobby' business.

I live in the same community and it takes less than a minute to get from our condo to the rental. That makes it easier to attend to our renters needs immediately.
This is also a great location by I-60 ramp and close to 101, 202 & I-10, which makes it easier for our visitors to explore the whole valley.

This condo is bright and cheerful with a vaulted ceiling that gives it a sense of a bigger space. We did all the murals and wallpapering in the master bedroom and kitchen, which contribute to the 'good energy' of the condo. When I want to relax, this is the place to get away and watch movies or sleep in the serene 'garden' bedroom!

"We enjoyed our 5 days here. Vicki was a most accomodating hostess. We found everything as advertized. Though there were some connectivity issues with the computer, Vicki showed us how to do it and after that everything went fine. She also provided us with a discount card for Fry's, which saved us $ on the groceries."
