Brand new luxurious villa, built in October 2005. 4 bedrooms (2 master bedrooms), 3 bathrooms, and a heated pool with hot tub. The home sleeps up to 10 people comfortably. It is 10 minutes from Disney World and near all the major attractions. Bed set-up is 1 king, 1 queen, 4 twins and 1 sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are provided. Washer, dryer, cable TV, DVD, VCR, radio/CD player and Game Cube included. Full size Billiard Pool table, Multiple Game Tables, Gas BBQ and high speed Internet also provided. Fully-equipped kitchen. High chair, crib, and stroller are free. The heated private pool has been extended to give you extra enjoyment. There is also an hot tub by the pool for the ultimate in relaxation. It is fully screened to keep the bugs out but allows the sunshine in. Stunning, large, extended deck. With no house in the back yard, it offers a feeling of tranquility and peace, as well as a high degree of privacy. Patio furniture is provided. Safety fence by the pool.

Cumbrian Lakes is a small gated community with a feeling of serenity and security. Set in a beautiful, peaceful area just off Poinciana Boulevard, Cumbrian Lakes is only minutes from Highway 192 with a huge choice of restaurants and shops including a 24-hour Wal-Mart only 5 minutes from your door. A paved nature trail surrounds the main lake and people can be seen walking, bike riding and jogging here. Within 5 minutes drive from your door, you will find a huge selection of restaurants including: Perkins, Denny’s, TGI Friday, Coney Island (fish buffet), Chinese Buffet, Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and numerous Italian restaurants. Disney is only 10 minutes away, Sea World and Universal Studio are 15-25 minutes away.

This house was the perfect place to stay for a 2 week Disney vacation. We would eat breakfast and head to the park for opening, leave mid-afternoon and come back to the house. The kids could swim in the private pool and relax. We would eat dinner and head back for evening activities.

The house was neat and clean and I would definitely stay here again!

We stayed at this beautiful villa from Apr 18-25/09 and had a wonderful time. We had two families stay here, and the fact that there were two separate "master" bedrooms was wonderful and very private. The home is exactly as pictured. The pool was amazing, and the community is very quiet, clean and lovely. The house was perfectly located for all our attendances at Disney, Universal, Old Town and Wal-Mart! The King bed was more comfortable than my own! My 3 year old loved the themed rooms - slept in Mickey's and played in the Princess roomk. We were very sad to leave, and will definitely stay here again. Helen was a pleasure to deal with, as was the management company. We highly recommend this rental.

Beautiful house and furnishings.Plenty of good quality dinnerware and cookware.Huge bathrooms, very spacious for 8 of us. Nice quiet gated community.Would stay again.Kids had lots of fun in the pool and hot tub.Loved being able to do laundry as needed.Thank you!

We thorougly enjoyed our stay at your house in this very quiet gated community. Clean, spacious and the pool was so great for the kids after those hot days at Disney. It was in the perfect location - just minutes from all the parks - I would highly recommend this house to anyone who wants more than a one room hotel. We would definately stay again and we will tell all our family and friends about this place, as well. Helen was so nice to deal with which makes everything go so much smoother. Thanks again.
