This small private development is set in landscaped gardens, with a beautiful shared pool set in a lawn area, ideal for adults and youngsters alike. It also has two private roof terraces. The villa is family-owned, and furnished and maintained to high standards. The old town of Nerja, with a fantastic selection of restaurants, bars, and a couple of discos, is close by. The sandy Burriana beach is within walking distance and is well provided with beach bars and restaurants, while other smaller beaches and coves can be found along the shoreline. Supermarkets, car hire, bus stops and taxi services are all within walking distance.

The town itself offers a good choice of local and international shops, bars and restaurants. A cosmopolitan resort with an array of shops and restaurants. Here there are many good beaches and its famous caves just waiting to be explored.

Getting There.: The nearest airport is Malaga. Journey time to the villa is 45 minutes. We can arrange for a taxi or mini-bus to meet you at the airport. A taxi will take 4 people and cost about 65 euros. A minibus cost about 110 euros. Almeria airport is about 2 hours drive as a second option.

Where To Go: Lake Vinuela A beautiful natural park and popular with anglers. Becoming a very popular place for property purchasers who want something a bit more rural. Alhama de Granada An ancient town set on a huge gorge. On the outskirts of the town there are hot springs rumoured to have medicinal properties. Granada & the Alhambra A beautiful city and the world famous Alhambra is a must for day trippers. Frigiliana Beautifully conserved white village with characteristic Moorish architecture, cobbled streets and pretty flower pots. La Herradura One of the prettiest bays along this part of the coast. Vélez Málaga The capital of Axarquia, has a water park and shopping complex nearby. Ronda A town situated in the Sierras, has been described as one of the most romantic towns in Andalucia. Competa Pretty white village in the hills. Very popular with foreign residents. Marina del Este The Eastern Costa del Sol's answer to Puerto Banus.

Water Park.: 15 mins from the water park at Torre del Mar

Ski: Skiing information. The stunning Sierra Nevada with its wonderful skiing is only a short drive away so you can combine skiing and the beach all in one holiday.

Golf: Baviera Golf Course has 18 holes and with the most breathtaking mountain and sea views to enjoy as you play, it is about 12 mins drive along the coast road from Nerja, it is situated 5 mins from the Port of Caleta, 8 mins drive from Torre Del Mar giving you the opportunity to explore that part of the coast.

All as described by the owners. Lovely setting and good to have a green space as well as the villas patio. We went with 12 & 13 yr old and they hardly got out of the pool! Really useful to have a welcome pack of food basics in the fridge. Supermarket just down the hill is convenient too. Villa is in a cul-de-sac so no through traffic and nice and peaceful.
Being a 3 story villa with a marble staircase may cause problems to elderly/toddlers etc, or if wet from swimmers.
One helpful thing might be for better directions/ street map to get to the hotel to collect the key and to the villa itself.
Recommended, and we may well visit again next year!

My partner and i had a lovley time here found villa easy and was very clean with plenty of equipment to hand and nice and quiet. The beach and town was ideal with plenty of restaurants and bars to relax We mostly walked to the beach or town aera then got a taxi back to the villa.
We will be going back hopefully in 2010 with some friends.

maison très agréable bon confort (sauf les matelas) très bien équipée calme stationnement facile mais en plein soleil. piscine facile d'accès(à déconseillée aux petits pour la sécurité).quartier bien située par rapport à la ville aux plages et aux commerces. Les jardins avec palmiers ,ibiscus ,lauriers ....apportent une ambiance très tropicale Si vos enfants savent nager vous n'aurez aucuns regrets à louer cette maison(mieux en réalité que sur les photos) MERCI TRACY ET BRADLEY

My family and i had a lovely holiday at this villa, and the local contact, karen was very helpful. The air conditioning was broken when we arrived but karen did what she could to fix it as soon as it was reported, i do however feel that this could have been checked before guests arrived at the property so that i did not need to once relaxing on holiday. The villa was fairly well equipped but some of the glasses and cupboards were a bit grubby on arrival. The site of the villa although not too bad for us because we had a car was a long way from burriana beach, and perhaps 'walking distance' should be qualified as it is at least 30 mins quick walking from the villa to the beach and all up hill on the way back, so not ideal for young children and not great if you want to spend time after dinner having a drink in one of the central cafes. A great place to stay but just a bit too far away from the centre for our family.

We had a great holiday and were very pleased with all aspects of it,very peaceful Mr&Mrs Foser. Lovley Villa, Great location everything as expected Mr B Wiggins. Beautiful villa in superb location. We stayed here with a small child and had a lovely holiday at the end of February 04. The villa is well equipped,
comfortable and restful and we would thoroughly
recommend it. Mr and Mrs Coles.
