This new town home (over 1,700 sq ft, sleeps 4-8) is perfect for planning your Colorado ski vacation! You are 1 mile away from Keystone's new 8-passenger high speed gondola that will carry you away to the top of Dercum Moutain where you will you be surrounded by snow capped peaks (2,307 feet in elev. gain)! All the restaurants, bars, various retail shops and entertainment are just down the road in River Run or the Keystone Village. It includes a fully equipped kitchen (granite counter tops, Stainless Steel Appliances, alder cabinets, Travertine Floors), large stone fireplace, washer/dryer, 2 on site hot tubs, and great mountain views.

Located in the Snake River Valley on State Hwy 6 in Keystone Colorado, this rental home is within 15 miles of all the major ski resorts in summit county Colorado (Arapahoe Basin, Breckenridge, Copper, Loveland)! Skiing, snow shoeing, Snowmobiling and shopping are right outside your door! Two premiere golf courses, fly fishing on the Snake, and horseback riding are also close by!

Excellent Rental for the Money!

My family and I stayed at this unit for four nights and I must say that it was well worth the money spent. The unit was clean, neat, and well taken care of and included everything that we had forgotten to bring such as extra pillows, soaps, etc. It was also stocked with all of the cooking essentials for those who are looking to eat at home and save some money as well. The only downside to this until was the patio doors which needed to be resealed as they kept blowing open with the cold wind at night.

I would highly recommend this until to anyone who is looking to stay within a 5 minute drive to Keystone Mountain.

Pleasantly surprised!

This is the first time I rented a vacation property and I was skeptical about how the experience would be. I have to say that I was very pleasantly surprised! The townhome was wonderful - just as pictured on the website. We had a very enjoyable stay and are looking forward to our next vacation rental!

Everything was excellent!

We LOVED the place!!! It was PERFECT for our cycling needs in the area! We loved the garage and easy access to the highway. One of the guys wants the info so he can stay there skiing possibly this winter. Everything was excellent
