What to expect:
Tennis court and heated pool on site. Unit is across the street from the beach -- 2 minute walk/200 yards to beach. Unit is on the 2nd floor. Large, screened balcony is accessible from the living room and master bedroom overlooking heated pool and landscaped grounds with fruit trees in season during the winter.
On the beach relax in the sun, collect shells, read, paint or take a refreshing dip in the ocean. From the dock watch the fish jumping, dolphins leaping, birds diving and the occasional manatee. Lemon Bay offers some of the greatest fishing opportunities out there offering a variety of fish to catch including snook and redfish. Throw in a line and try your luck. Picnic table there too.
Quality furnishings. Very high quality linens, cookware, 18/10 gauge flatware and Kitchen Aid knives. No junk!Refrigerator with filtered water and ice in the door. Disposal. Ceiling fans in every room, even on the balcony. Dine al fresco!
