Minutes to the popular Fort Meyers Beach and also Sanibel Beaches. waterfront resort, shuffle board, tennis courts, fishing pier, and yacht club. Completely remodeled with tile through out, full kitchen, walk in closet, enclosed lanai. Condo equipped with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, 1 sleeper sofa queen. Located five min. away from Sanibel and ten min. from Fort Myers Beach. Looking for weekly, monthly, seasonal renters. No pets, No smoking. This is one of two property available.

Everything was just like the pictures show. The condo is large,clean and the view is awesome.The property just had a make-over,so everything is new outside. The outdoor furniture by the pool area and landscaping. I would definitely recommend this condo to a friend and I would stay there again.The owner is wonderful to work with.

Amazing Place!

This place was huge, immaculate, and in a terrific location! It has a really nice enclosed patio where the windows can be opened (with screens) to get a nice breeze. Makes for a nice romantic dinner ambience. It also has a tv in every room, which is great for families. Nearby Sanibel is well worth a visit, and only minutes away. I highly recommend this place.

Great place to stay

This place was exactly what the review said it was, and more. The owners went out of their way to make us enjoy our vacation. My husband enjoyed the fishing right off the dock, he even saw Manatees! I loved the view of the water and the bridge. The beaches on Sanibel were unique because of all of the seashells. We really did relax in a beautiful setting. No motels for us, this is the way to go.
