Overview

Middletown House Rental Photos and Description

3 Bedrooms Sleeps 6 Comfortably - Pull Out Couch & Crib Space for Family Sprawl

Off Season rentals range from 2 nights stays to weeklies and more. In Season Summer rentals are weeklies with a Saturday rotation. Between Two Beaches is a popular destination for off season Girl and Golf Getaways and summer weeklies. Shorter in season stays are rare. When available the rate is $400 per night for a minimum of 2 nights. If you see a partial week rented, please inquire but weekend rentals are not available in season as the weekly rotation is Saturday to Saturday. The living room and deck are great spaces for socializing and there is plenty of off street parking. Available for 2 nights or more. Newport restaurants and nightclubs are an attraction year round and there are always seasonal special events on the calendar. A warm and comfortable beach area Cape in a quiet neighborhood with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a spacious living room, deck, backyard and driveway and a fully equipped kitchen. It is a home-away-from-home, not a beach shack.

113 Center Ave. is maintained by a professional housecleaning staff. Linens and towels are provided. First (Easton's) Beach is a 5 minute walk away. Second Beach (Sachuest) is a 15 minute walk over the grounds of St. George's Academy. Sachuest and Sakonnet Points can be seen from the top of the hill. The center of downtown Newport activity is 5 or 7 minutes away by car. Secure and ample off-street parking provides relief from the meter police. There's an extra tank of propane for the deck grill.

A Great Deck to Come Home To: Newport slows down just enough in the off-season. The deck and yard are particularly suitable for an evening soirée or relaxed gathering of friends when you return from harbor activity along Thames Street, a swim at Easton's (First) Beach and Sachuest (Second) Beach or a strident walk around the breathtaking Sachuest Point.

And with the wireless airport, everyone can check their email at the same time.

Families - Wedding and Reunions: 113 Center is also ideal for a family reunion and/or wedding party. It is child friendly with its large living room, deck, backyard and swing set. And there is plenty of off-street parking.

Why Tom Perrotti chose Middletown

113 Center Avenue is warm and inviting place to gather. The 8 car driveway will protect you from the parking police. Newport's First (Easton's) Beach is a short jaunt down the hill as are restaurants, pubs and a package store.

What makes this house unique

a large living room, deck and yard for family sprawl and my interest in serving your needs. a few minutes from the bustle of downtown Newport but in a quiet spot away to catch a full night's rest.

A real home away from home

  • 5 of 5

Very comfortable. It's not luxurious but it's worth every penny. The house has a very relaxing atmosphere and the open deck is a very nice place to hang out. Location is also very good. I will definitely come back.

Wonderful house, wonderful weekend!

  • 5 of 5

Just like last year, the house was clean, ready and waiting for us! Tom is a great host and very flexible and accommodating. We love this property because of the privacy and close proximity to beaches, restaurants/bars and Newport. The deck is perfect for those warm June evenings and cookouts. We highly recommend this property for anyone who would like to experience Newport and the surrounding area!

Clean, quaint, great experience

  • 5 of 5

I stayed here with several girlfriends for the weekend and we had a great time. The house was clean and conveniently located and the owner, Tom, could not have been nicer or more flexible. We highly recommend this rental to others!

Relaxing girls weekend

  • 5 of 5

We stayed at Tom's house over Memorial Day weekend and had a great long weekend out of New York City. We were 6 girl friends looking to enjoy Newport (for the first time) and couldn't have asked for a more helpful host.

Tom provided all of the information we needed to get around Newport and see the sites, as well as a clean, cozy, and well-equipped house. The beds and bathrooms were perfect for the 6 of us. And the house and deck / backyard are very well maintained.

We had a great weekend. And, since the weather was a little rainy on our first night and day there, Tom offered to let us stay an extra night at no charge.

Thanks for a wonderful and hospitable weekend! Definitely can't wait to come visit again!

Quiet, private and perfect location

  • 5 of 5

This spotless house easily accommodated 6 adults. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking and having the added advantage of a large deck and grill resulted in us eating at home rather than eating out like we usually do. We had breakfast and dinner on the deck almost every day. There were plenty of bars, restaurants and the beach within walking distance and I even made the 2 mile journey into the heart of Newport on foot. To top it all off, Tom was a perfect host. He responded quickly to all of our questions and emails and met with us to go through the details of the property. If we need a place next year when we return, we will definitely look up this property first.

Great Family Weekend!

  • 5 of 5

My husband, myself and several family members spent a long weekend at Tom's home in Middletown, Rhode Island. The home was extremely clean, spacious and comfortable for all of us. We especially loved the master bedroom and the newly renovated bathroom in the basement. It has a great location, just minutes from Newport and close to some bars and restaurants (loved the Atlantic Grill!). It would be great to stay here during the summer since you can walk to the beach.

Tom was a pleasure to deal with - responded almost immediately, has been extremely nice and made our stay worry free. I would recommend this rental to anyone and would also request to stay again if ever in Newport.

Newport is known for its local history, sailing, tennis, music festivals, dining, oceanside walks, architectural highlights, and plenty of night life. Thames Street, by the harbor, is great for people watching, pub life and dining. he same is true for Broadway with its unique cuisine and edgier, more direct sensibility. Newport History is a main thread in the embryonic development of this country. Arguably it was the original Wild West - Boston being a tad to the northeast. Bellevue Avenue offers a view of a retro Bling Strip. The pirhana class came here to relax their aggressive tendancies at Baily's Beach. Not so their wives who cat scratched their way to supremacy on the party circuit. Today you can learn about the immigrants who built, and served in, the mansions. Intellectuals and artists also sought contemplative moments here. The Norman Bird Sanctuary and the Sachuest Point Reserve are nearby. Events abound, and Newport is a popular wedding destination.

Other Activities: a variety of music festivals as well as pub and cafe night life
