A beach area Cape in a quiet neighborhood with 3 bedrooms and a spacious living room, deck, backyard and driveway. This residence offers the warmth and comfort of a wood interior. It is a home-away-from-home, not a beach shack. First (Easton's) Beach is a 5 minute walk away. Second Beach (Sachuest) is a 12 minute walk over the grounds of St. George's Academy. Sachuest and Sakonnet Points can be seen from the top of the hill. Downtown Newport is 5 minutes away by car. Ample off-street parking is available.

A Great Deck to Come Home To: Newport slows down just enough in the off-season. The deck and yard are particularly suitable for an evening soirée or relaxed gathering of friends. The stainless steel grill is gassed up and ready to go. Though not photographed, a patio heater is in place for the cooler evenings when you return from harbor activity along Thames Street or a strident walk around the breathtaking Sachuest Point. And with the wireless airport, everyone can check their email at the same time.

Families - Wedding and Reunions: 113 Center is also ideal for a family reunion and/or wedding party. It is child friendly with its large living room, deck, backyard and swing set. And there is plenty of off-street parking.

Off-Season Parties of Two : Call for a promotional rate. Depends on size of party.

Other Activities: a variety of music festivals as well as pub and cafe night life

Very comfortable. It's not luxurious but it's worth every penny. The house has a very relaxing atmosphere and the open deck is a very nice place to hang out. Location is also very good. I will definitely come back.

I've stayed at Tom's place twice now since I found it. The first was in the summer of 2007, and just recently over New Years (a short notice trip). Both times my family was welcomed as if it were OUR home, and Tom a part of it. The street is quiet, the neighbors friendly, and the accommodations comfortable and homey. Tom went out of his way to ensure that our stay was comfortable and our needs met. He constantly checked up - without being intrusive. If you're looking for a home away from yours, look no further. This place is it!
