Photos and Description of the Bromley Mountain vacation townhome rental 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, Sleeps 11, ideal for 1 or 2 couples with/without children

No winter rental available this year, sorry to all past guests. Great location near pool, tennis, and fitness club. Renovation include new granite counter kitchen and cabinets, new appliances, new hardwood floor, new furnishings, new paint and carpet. Allow yourself the convenience of not having to drive back and forth to the mountain. Skiers/boarders can start at different hours, while others relax in comfort or take in other activities. Three bedrooms plus a loft which is a separate play/hang out area for kids/teens by day (with it’s own TV and DVD/VCR), and sleeps 3 by night. Master bedroom has queen, 2nd bedroom has two twins, 3rd bedroom has new twin over full with trundle to sleep four and Loft has pull out queen and twin. Two and half bathrooms. New large LR sectional has 4 built in recliners across from fireplace and TV plus swivel rocker. New bath and foyer on first floor. Cathedral ceiling glass wall on main living area has views across the valley to Stratton.

Great views across the valley. Short drive to all Manchester has to offer including quaint stores, restaurants and outlet shopping. In summer or fall, use the heated pool and clubhouse, tennis courts, the Bromley Adventure Zone (the largest family amusement park in VT with alpine slide, water slide, giant swing, etc.). Guests will find plenty to do for all ages on site or nearby. Activities include hiking, world famous fishing, golf, summer stock theatre, scenic train rides, and quaint towns to explore including Dorset, Weston, Peru and many others. Fall brings cool evenings, magnificent foliage and county fairs.

  • Nothing at Bromley Village is in better condition, more comfortable or more attractively priced. Pricing is up to $200 per night less than units rented by Bromley Village. And those units have not been renovated recently. All who have rented want to come back next year.

    Summer - June, July and August

    Perfect for active seniors or families, with easy living and room for family to visit.

    $1250 per week. See site for availability.

    Spring and Fall - through November (use for Thanksgiving in VT).

    $300 per night (2 night minimum), $1000 to $1,250 per week.

    Security Deposit of $750.

    Rates do not include exit cleaning fees, approximately $150.

Notes: Great home for couple or family with space to sleep many guests. Used by family with three children and often have company of another 5 persons. Suitable for active seniors with living on main floor but bedrooms down and up are via stairs. Ideal set up for two families each with 2 or 3 kids as parents have separate bedrooms, kids do as well, and parents and kids have separate play space, or can join together if wanted.

What a beautiful, spacious condo! I stayed at the condo with 4 friends as part of a girls weekend, and we couldn't have had more fun. There were tons of games that we had a blast playing! Some nights we just sat in front of a fire, each curled in a blanket and talked about old times and laughed till we hurt. The decor is amazing, and every detail has been thought of (down to a great blender for mixed drinks!). The Campbell's were wonderful people to deal with, and made sure our stay was comfortable, and fun! We will definitely be back!!!
