Stay at Condo

The complex is very nice and the people were friendly, both owners and renters, something you don't find at times in other complexes. The condo is a very inviting property, however I wouldn't suggest that more than two couples rent it. It would be great for 6-8 if it were a family with kids. It's not set up for 6 adults (three couples). There are only four chairs at the dining table and there are only four chairs at the table on the lanai, where we spent a great deal of time.
One of the bedrooms doesn't have any means to store clothes, consequently one couple in our party had to live out of their suitcases for 17 days. Also, the condo could use a better maintenance inspection prior to renting. Several light bulbs throughout the condo were burned out, in one bedroom all bulbs were out. The bathtub in one bedroom was plugged and had to be unclogged by us prior to using. With a little bit of more detailed explanation as to the sleeping and related situation, as relates to the number of people and some minor routine upkeep, this would be a great place.

Owner's Response: It is odd to me that with 3 bedrooms, two which have huge walk in closets and the other with a lg closet along one whole wall, that a guest would not want to hang up their clothes in the closet but rather live out of a suit case. I have rented to many 3 couple groups & even some 4 couple groups and they were very happy with the accommodations especially when each bedroom has it's own bath. It is true that there are 4 chairs at the dining table & 4 chairs at the lanai table & 4 stools at the breakfast bar, but other guests just used dining chairs on the lanai or lanai chairs at the dining table & were very comfortable. Also I am always available on my cell phone, so when I rec'd a call that there was a problem with the tub drain, I immediately had one come by with drano to put down the drain. The guests were not there when she arrived and did not feel comfortable going in unless they were there so she left the drano (which took care of the problem) on the lanai table. I was never told that there were light bulbs out or I would have immediatelly taken care of that too. I take great pride in this unit & only want the very best for my guests. This was the builders model which is lavishly decorated & try always to keep it in perfect condition. I want nothing less than 100% satisfaction!
