Great Vacation Home

Our family wanted to travel to the Charleston area to celebrate our parent's 50th wedding anniversary. We could not have chosen a better house to rent. We had four couples and seven children. The sleeping space was perfect. The kids had a blast in the top floor room with the beds lined in a row. The family room amd kitchen were the right size to fit everyone. Both of the master suites were large and comfortable. It was not warm enough to swim, but the pool looked fine. The only down side at all was the noise from upstairs when we were trying to sleep in some mornings. You could hear every step from the lower rooms. We will definitely check to see if this house is available if we decide to come here again as a group. By the way, our parents could not have been happier on their anniversary.

Beautiful home

Our group came down for the Mixed Doubles Tennis State Championships that was hosted in Charleston. There were 12 adults and one child. There was plenty of room for everyone; we did not feel cramped at all. The house was clean and the decor was nice. The house had a very nice spacious kitchen and two nice sized tables on the main floor. The pool was nice to have too! Very close to the beach!! The owner was great to work with and very prompt w/ responses to questions. The whole group has stated that they would definitely stay here again.

Dirty and Smelly

Open arrival we noticed a fowl smell. The air filters were filthy. the walls of the shower were moldy and the windows had the hand prints of the former visitors. The screens on the porch were torn.
Bottom line the house is not maintained!!!!!!!

We were extremely pleased with this house. First class furnishings and amenities. Great views of the ocean, beach access and close to restaurants and bars. Pool was a bonus - even in October. Owner is a straight shooter. Two thumbs up.

A great home where 10 of us were able to celebrate my parent's anniversary. Beautiful, spacious, close to the beach and on a quiet part of IOP. The rocking chairs on the screen porch were favorites, and of course the pool was a big hit. The best room was probably the upstairs "kid's room"--it was perfect for the little ones. Bedrooms are roomy & the masters have room for a pack-n-play. The living and dining areas are large and the table in the living room is perfect for games. The owner is quick to reply to questions. We look forward to staying here again!
