Notes: Master bedroom is on main floor and has a king bed and master bath with jacuzzi. Half bath also on this floor off entrance. Up stairs bedrooms: 1 has 1 queen size bed and walk out balcony. Bed room 2 has 2 bunk beds. Downstairs has 1 bedroom with full size bed, futon and bunk bed. This home is designed to appeal to a large family of 3 to 4 couples with children. Sunday River, the East's top-ranked resort for families, snow quality, and terrain stretches from mid-November to May. Groomed snowmobile trails are accessible from our front door. Restaurants and shops are aplenty in the Historic Bethel area. Summer is a great time for golfing and fishing in the mountains around Sunday River.

When skiing gives way to late spring you can take to the many miles of hiking trails, do some of the most scenic canoeing, or experience a challenge in golf.

This was the first time I planned a ski weekend with 7 other friends and it was absolutley amazing. I researched properties and found Jenny's retreat. At first I was a little skeptical about renting the house but when we arrived it was everything we could imagine- a large, cozy chalet with a beautiful deck, lots of room, fireplace, nice kitchen and less than 2 miles from the Sunday River! It was so relaxing and we couldn't have asked for a better place! we will definitely be back.

Sunday River is a four season resort and has many activities to do. Play golf at the # 1 rated course in Maine or float the many rivers that has breath taking views.

Lovely home

We rented Jenny's retreat early in January 2009. It was perfect- the house was spacious and immaculately clean.

The kicthen is well equipped and the owners were very easy to deal with.

We had our extended family and close friends stay with their kids and will rent the house again next year as it is so close to the slopes.
