3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, perfect for two families.

Beautifully furnished three level condo. The first level offers one bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, laundry area and second bedroom with TV, bunk beds and a captains bed with a trundle. The second floor is open and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a fireplace, A/C, large sofa, cable TV, DVD and VCR. Also, a second full bathroom, a third bedroom with a queen size bed. there is also a slider to a deck with great views. The loft area contains two twin beds. Perfect for two families.

We took capacity to a max at this condo and the weekend was amazing. Comfortable beds -- all of them, hot water and wonderful water pressure for everyone's shower. Enough of everything to make things just a wonderful day. The fireplace at the end of the day was just the cherry on top. I can't wait to visit again.

Great location less than a minute from StoryLand

My family and a second family spent the weekend of Labor Day of 2012. We felt like at home and plan to come back and rent this home for our next vacation to the White Mountains. It is a great condo, very close to StoryLand, great for the kids!! the kids loved it and specially because they found movies for kids. All the comfort of home!!! The owner is very nice and helpful; he always answered the phone and emailed back to any questions we had. I recommend it to anybody..!!! THANKS VERY MUCH TO THE OWNER!!

Nice clean condo, suitable for multi-family vacation. Very close to Storyland for quick trip back if kids get tired. All beds were comfortable. Nice owner. Neighbors friendly. We were thrilled to see a bear in the backyard!

We rented with 2 families and found the condo clean and comfortable with plenty of privacy and sleeping space for the kids.Our goal was fall hiking so the location was ideal with many nearby trails.The owner is very helpful and the transcation process was quick and easy.
