Beautifully furnished three level condo. The first level offers one bedroom with a queen size bed, a full bathroom, laundry area and second bedroom with TV, bunk beds and a captains bed with a trundle. The second floor is open and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, living room with a fireplace, A/C, large sofa, cable TV, DVD and VCR. Also, a second full bathroom, a third bedroom with a queen size bed and a slider to a deck with great views. The loft area contains two twin beds. Perfect for two families.

Central to winter and summer activities. Just minutes to Mount Cranmore and Attitash. About 10 minutes to Mount Washington and Wildcat Mountain and 25 minutes to Bretton Woods. Great area for cross country skiing, mountain biking, swimming, hiking and canoeing. Skating and sleigh rides are minutes away at Nestlenook Farm. Five minute drive to the outlets in North Conway. Walking distance to Storyland.

We took capacity to a max at this condo and the weekend was amazing. Comfortable beds -- all of them, hot water and wonderful water pressure for everyone's shower. Enough of everything to make things just a wonderful day. The fireplace at the end of the day was just the cherry on top. I can't wait to visit again.

Very nice stay for two families and 4 kids. All the kids stayed in the 'bunk bed room' and had fun, nicely equipped kitchen, close to all attractions, lovely fireplace. The owner was great to work with.

We rented this unit for the Columbus Day weekend. Great condo and great location. Close to everthing!!! Would definately rent this unit again. Tom was so nice to work with.

We enjoyed our stay here immensely. It is within walking distance to Storyland, is very clean and has plenty of room. Very friendly neighbors and a nice pool as well. Would recommend to anyone. Tom is very easy to work with.
