This amazing luxury property is available again this season at rates that are reasonable . It is located in the gated prestigious complex known as Duna La Quinta.The great room sits high on the Fairway of the 2nd hole of the Dunes course of the famous La Quinta Resort. This is an end unit and is private and quiet like having your own home.. The 3rd Bedroom is downstairs with its own little walled patio. The great room, master and 2nd bedroom are upstairs and are surrounded by patios with the best views in all of La Quinta. Sit on the patio and watch the Santa Rosas all around change with the varying light of day. You will be away from the golfers as the cart path, tee box and green are all in the distance. The shared heated pool and hot tub are only a few steps away and used by others on a very rare basis. The property is completely furnished and outfitted for a stay of a week or a month and is adjacent to all the activities that La Quinta and the Palm Springs area has to offer.

Try the consignment stores or El Paseo for the finest wares. Walk around The River, a water-filled entertainment complex in nearby Rancho Mirage in the evening. Hiking trails are everywhere for amateur or advanced hikers. The Village of Old Town La Quinta is a short walk or bike ride away with quaint shops and eateries. Children will enjoy the Living Desert, our zoo with a Desert theme. The water park is also nearby. Thursday evening is Street Fair in Palm Springs where you can stroll, shop and listen to musicians. On the weekends there is a morning street fair at College of the Desert. Play the Casinos or get a Spa treatment. We will leave maps and guide books for you to use to plan an experience unique to your interests. Seasonal Highlights = Concerts, Tennis + Golf Tournaments, Horse Show.

  • Rates: $4000 to $2000 month, $1800 to $850 week, $275 to $175 night Off Season $ FLEXIBLE
  • Seasonal Rates: $4000/month, $1800/week, $275/ night
    The rate of $275 a night is subject to a 2 night minimum. All Rentals carry a $100 cleaning fee. Security deposit is fully refundable.It is $500 for a week or less, $750 for 2 weeks and $1250 for a month. An additional deposit of $500 is required for a pet. Your deposit must be received before the rental is off the market for your reserved time. Any cancellation by you we will endeavor to re-rent ,but if not, your deposit will not be refunded. All rental payments due must be received in full 10 days prior to your start date. There may a surcharge for holidays, please inquire. Off Season rates greatly reduced and flexible.
  • Paypal is the preferred method of payment but Money Orders and Cashiers checks are also accepted. Personal checks must clear and be presented 10 days prior to rental. Also accepted are Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express Credit Cards. Refunds will be processed within 48 hours of departure. I have great feedback on Ebay under my screen name 'destinyhome' and can provide references and a rental agreement upon request.
    I am amazed at the integrity of my guests, with few exceptions, so I operate on the honor system that you will treat what was my home as your home away from your home!

Notes: You will be amazed at how this unit feels like a free-standing home. The seasonal residents are quiet and the position of each Condo allows for privacy and uninterrupted views. The gas fireplace in the great room gives a little holiday ambiance while the palm trees and bougainvillea outside maintain that Tommy Bahama vacation lifestyle. The great room is a dining, living and kitchen area all open to the patios and the views. There is a wet bar with fridge and ice maker so that you can have a party or just extra room for cold drinks. The condo is wired for radio/stereo on the patio and in each room with individual volume controls. The stereo system is all hooked up and ready to go. Just bring your CDs! There is a fan in each bedroom and in the great room so that along with the air conditioning, it is always comfortable. The whole unit is on a security system for your use. Newly painted, carpeted and immaculately clean, this will be a luxurious home away from home for all.

Golf mecca !: The over 100+ golf courses of the Palm Springs area surround you and await your play!The golf variety is endless and the weather accommodates play all year long. While those that do not play golf go to the street fairs or consignment shop, the golfers can get a work out without feeling as if the rest of the family is not being entertained. The best courses are booked so call ahead to ensure tee times prior to your vacation.

Tennis anyone?: There is not a tennis court for your use in the complex but many courts are available to the public. The Indian Wells Tennis Garden has a Tournament every year.

Horse Show: The Desert Horse Show is just a few miles away. Relax after a hot day and take a dip in the pool or sit on the patio and watch the sun go down!

What a spectacular condo - we loved it. The neighborhood is quiet, the views beautiful, and the space allowed us to either be very private or entertain friends effortlessly - we will book for the same time next year !

We enjoyed staying at this comfortable, spacious home away from home. All expected any many unexpected comforts are provided. The property has beautiful views and a feeling of vacation. Overall, an excellent value. The rental was easy and went smoothly.
